Everything was perfect except the elevators. We waited almost an hour at some points. If that part was fixed it would be a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful place
The property overall was great, the condo was very well decorated and clean. It was well stocked and the owners made sure that there were things such as movies and games for all ages. The view from the balcony was breathtaking we would definitely love to book this unit again. The only draw back was the elevators slowing down during the rush.

Great and clean stay!
The only downside to this property was the elevators. There were also people throwing heavy drinks off the balcony’s. Apparently it happens a lot. Other than that we would definitely stay at this property again.

We were surprised to find the condo not cleaned and ready for us. We contacted the owners right away and they promptly problem solved the issue. The condo met the needs for our family stay. We rented during spring break high traffic time and the roads and elevators required patience.

Beach Trip with friends!
Overall the visit to PCB was fun! We enjoyed our stay and the location of the condo was perfect. Wray and Shelley have all you would need to make your vacation with little ones fun. The only reason I’m not rating this place 5 star is that there were a few things we wished were cleaned a little better before our stay.

Beautiful, comfortable
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful unit. Spacious, clean , comfortable beds and furniture and so pretty! We had everything and more that we needed. The view was amazing! After full days enjoying the beach and pool we relaxed on the balcony. It was a fabulous week with the family. Highly recommend.

Condo was great. The 3 bathrooms is a major plus. Very clean, great view and great amenities. The elevators were a pain but honestly not too bad. Weather was bad and ripntides kept the beach to on shore only the whole week. But the pools were great. Thanks for a great family vacation.

Beach is beautiful as usual. Stay wasnt great at all. Would not come back. Horrible elevators. Not enough wash clothes for everyone for one day had to biy my own. Rude customer service at check in. No manners. Floors were sandy and sticky on arrival and dish washer was full.of dishes. Idk if they were dirty or clean so had to wash them.to be sure.

Nice condo
Condo is in a nice section of Panama City and has easy access to the bypass road to avoid traffic. The condo was very clean and is on the 19th floor. Only real complaint was that the towels were very cheap, the toilet paper was the lowest quality available and there were no extra trash bags. Since the unit is on the 19th floor, we had to wait a long time for the elevators each time. Even the elevator on the end of the building was a long wait. Overall, we had a nice time and I would most likely rent this unit again. Had great views of the ocean and area from so high up.

The location was great and close to restaurants and Pier Park. We were not happy with the condition of the towels and wash cloths in the unit. There was not enough bath soap provided for the period of time we were renting the unit. Trash bags were not provided.

Perfect Location!
We had a great time at this cute condo! It was tough getting to the top floors during check-in, but after that you just figure out the times to go up the elevators and you are set! The view was worth it! If you are staying by friends in other condos, I suggest you stay a few floors from each other so you can take the stairs and walk to each other’s condo. Other than that, the walk to pier park and the beach was close! Great communication and cute decor!
