Perfect for small family
We absolutely loved the condo the queen beds were very comfortable. It was me my mother, son and niece. Loves the option of bunk beds for the kids even though we don’t use them. The pool was great and even right outside the door! Easy beach access and though pool was just outside we didn’t hear any noise! The only even somewhat negative thing I can say about this place was they didn’t have many handicap parking spaces and my mother and son could have benefited from that greatly. I dropped them at the entrance and picked up from there. And one small suggestion would be maybe some hooks either outside or in restroom to hang towels and or swim suits. We definitely would stay here again. Myra was very helpful and sweet! Communication was great!

Beach trip
This is the cutest and most convenient condo. Everything was exactly as described. I love that it was on the first floor, walk out the door to the pool and straight to the beach. It was fully furnished and had ample room for my family of four. I can’t wait to visit again!

Room was clean but had broken drawers, lights and toilet seat. Beach access and parking were great. Had issues with owner trying to get more money after I had paid in full and Condo association hit me up for more money after I arrived. All in all it was good but not exceptional.

Very easy access to both parking and beach
Pros: Closest room to pool/beach/parking. No stairs. Quiet! Even though we were right by the entrances and elevators we never heard anything from that. Even when the wind was howling and surf high the room was super quiet with curtains that could keep it dark if wanted. Modern full-size kitchen appliances with everything you need within reason for pots/pans/utinsels/serving settings, etc. We liked the location, easy drive to get most anywhere. We aren't foodies so I can't say about nearness to restaurants. Keypad door so no worrying about keys or cards. Cons: There are 2 queen beds, 3 recliners and table for 4 which can feel crowded. Outlets were less convenient as a result. A couple well placed power strips would work wonders. We were there 15 nights and were sad to leave.

Enjoyed our stay
The front office staff was not super friendly upon check in and complained about their own workers and property, so that was disheartening. However, not a reflection of our stay so don’t let that deter you. The property was very conveniently located and overall a great stay!!! Pool was great and beach access was so convenient. Having the chairs and umbrella was a huge plus!

Enjoyed our stay!
Enjoyed our stay at Myra's condo! When we arrived, the place smelled clean and fresh. Beds, sinks and floors were clean. Plently of fresh towels and the shower was nice and clean too. I was concerned about staying on the first floor right beside the pool but we didn't hear a anything from anyone. Property was updated and we enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacay/Fall Break 2022
This cozy condo was better than expected! It's nicely decorated and furnished. The pool and outdoor areas are enjoyable. We played cornhole, connect 4, enjoyed lovely views, and beautiful sunsets. The beach is amazing with beautiful clear blue waters and white sands. This condo is close to shops and restaurants. Pier Park is a short drive away. Ms. Myra is caring and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay in this condo again. We highly recommend this condo if you are visiting PCB.

Favorite rental thus far
This little condo is just perfection especially for a family of four! The location is prime, you have full access to the pool at all times, beach access is super easy, staff at the property…the nicest especially Miss Terry!! You won’t regret your stay here :) love love love ❤️

Over all very nice
Some mild damage to complex is visible but they are working to redo condo. Condo is still very functional even with small repairs needing to be done. Shower has amazing pressure. Location of condo is right in front of pool. There was some loud teenagers or young groups on spring break present that where drinking and loud but security kept them under control and made them quite down very quickly. Would certainly return one day.

Small but efficient & clean
This condo is quite small, very clean, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The bathroom is very small but has a nice shower. This unit is on the 1st floor, so has a little patio that you can sit on that overlooks the swimming pool. The outside area around the pool is fantastic and has an upper deck that overlooks the gulf...lot of pretty sunsets to watch from there. The building is right on the white sand beach. Gorgeous area. We felt very safe. Everyone was very friendly, and the staff are wonderful. The outside area is clean and well maintained. Myra was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us right after our arrival to see if we needed anything. We hope to stay here again next year. Would highly recommend it if you don't mind the small unit. Worked well for 2 people. We went the latter part of February before spring breakers arrived. Lots of things to do in the area and places to eat. We chose to go on the Sea Screamer, a 2 hour boat trip along the shoreline. Well worth the money.
