Not very clean

The owner Eve was very helpful. However, the place wasn't very clean. The toliet was not clean on the 3rd floor the vent on the 3rd floor has a hole in the ceiling. After walking thru the space I notice the 2nd and floor bathrooms were not very clean,microwave in the inside is rusting.Oh, how could I forget the giant waterbugs(Roaches).When i contacted Eve she sent bug powder from Amazon. I also went out and purchased combat roach motel.

New Year’s Baseballfest 2024-25

Great spot. Fair prices. Property as advertised and owners are very prompt in communication. Close to Pier Park for shopping, food, and fireworks on NYE.

The location and pictures were exactly as shown in photos. Our Family enjoyed the stay. Our grandson is crawling and on first day on 3rd floor we let him down to crawl and had to give him a bath because of the dirty floors.Other than that everything was perfect

Family vacation

We loved the location and that each bedroom had its own bathroom the steps were a little hard to do we didn’t realize the main living quarters kitchen and living room was on the top floor that should be made more clear in the property description the kitchen was well stocked and we love the view from the balcony but the cleaning crew did not do a great job the bed in the master bedroom was covered with dog hair and flea droppings and smelled terrible and the rest of the place could have used a little more attention but the location and pool was great!

Great cottage and great location.

This was a great cottage at the beach. It was nicely decorated and mostly well kept up. The owners were super nice and quick to respond to us. A quick walk to pier park and the beach. Just a few things to know. The swimming pool is HOT. You cannot cool off in the pool. It was not enjoyable because of this. We got in the pool twice the whole week we were there. The listing says there is a hot tub and there isn’t one there. It’s kind of ironic that the pool was so warm. Another guest said “welcome to the hot tub” one time when I got in it. Also be prepared to walk up and down a lot of steps. No blame to the owners. It’s just the way these homes are designed. Just be prepared.

Very nice rental

We really enjoyed this rental and it had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pics online were very accurate and the upper level porch had a great view of the gulf. The property is well maintained and very clean. There were issues with the ac unit that were handled right away by the property owner and we didn't have any troubles with the temperature of the house after that. The owner was very friendly as well

Great PCB house!

Pros: Great location to pier park, easy access to the beach, very dog friendly with multiple relief areas, Nice house overall with great amenities (towels, bedding, toiletries) Cons: the apartments beside the house were rough with people coming and going at all hours, construction traffic(finished construction on our last day there) on the new house right behind this house made it difficult to get in and out of the driveway for all the trucks parked in the road.

PCB Getaway

Our stay at this Property was great! We went to PCB for my wife's b-day, and everyone loved this place. Our main interest was the beach, so it's hard to beat...2 minute walk! They were doing a lot of road repairs while we were there. But, I think that's about normal for the area. If I had one concern, it would be the house cleaning service. In my opinion, they are not up to an acceptable standard, (no fault of the owners). We did voice our concerns, if it was my home I would want to know as well. Other than that, we had one small issue when we arrived, but the owners rectified the problem asap. After that all was great, we would love to return! Eva and Chris, you guys were awesome, Thanks!

Great view, beach access and location!

The house has a beautiful view, beach access just across the road, and a short easy walk to pier, restaurants, and shops. We did not use the pool but it was close and never crowded. I messaged the owner a couple times and received replies very quickly. We found plenty of beach toys, chairs, and beach cart in the garage. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Gas grill worked well for food from Buddy’s seafood market. There are a lot of stairs as the kitchen/dining/living room is on the third floor, but we expected that and gave us more exercise. Only issue we had was the ice-maker had a hole in the bottom so we used a plastic pitcher to catch the ice. I notified the owner and they said they would be ordering a new part. We saw dolphins and stingrays daily from the beach. The kids found sharks teeth, hermit crabs, ghost crabs, and shells and we caught some fish. Overall a great trip and would definitely go back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with our family!

Good location and views

Property is in a pretty good location, walking distance to Pier Park and Dusty’s. And right across the street from an uncrowded beach access. The house was pretty clean, not great. The A/C vents and ceiling fans were covered in what appeared to be a nice coating of dust, and we found the coffee pot to need a good scrubbing before it seemed it was clean enough to use. And the ice bin in the freezer had a hole in the bottom. This meant placing a bowl under the bin and manually turning the ice function off and on. There was an issue with the washer and dryer, they quit working when the washer was full of water. This was quickly addressed by calling Eve. I believe she answered the phone before I even finished dialing her number! Very responsive. FYI, their is an additional breaker box outside the house, under the electrical meter. Resetting the breaker took care of the issue. Bedrooms were nicely appointed and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. No complaints. The view from the third floor balcony was a bit better than I expected. The house in front of this one does partially block the views, but view does allow for some pretty great sunsets. I would like to return someday.

Relaxing

Me and my family enjoyed our vacation very much. House was nice very roomy for two teenage boys my father in law and husband. The steps were a bit much for 84 year old considering kitchen/living area is on 3rd floor. Could use a little update like maybe a keurig lol area was perfect; very short walk to beach and all shops and restaurants were close. Would definitely consider staying here again.
