It was nice to deal with a smaller company for a change. Though the company smaller, I believe they have less than 40 units in their inventory, they still provided all the service that a large company could and possibly better. Answered questions directly.
In terms of the actual condo, it was very clean, a few trouble spots, but first condo we had been in for a while that we didn't feel like we needed to clean it when we got there. The end unit was very nice to look down the beach while in the living room, and seeing Pier Park at night from the couch was nice.
The unit is listed as a 4 bed room, I believe, but the bunk "room" is in the hall next to the shared bathroom. MeeMaw would have probably preferred to have a little more privacy.
Security at the condo is a little strict, but that can be a good thing to people that are looking for safety. Parking was nice, because they had a 30 min loading zone. We had to use our licensee to check out a luggage cart. But they do have shopping carts, which makes it very easy for unloading the groceries. Which makes me thing of the kitchen, very well stocked. But if you want a large coffee mug, bring your own. They had a dozen coffee cups, but they were more espresso style.
Our family had great time. 1/2 mile walk down the beach to the pier, 5 min drive to Pier Park, Walmart/Target.
The beach service workers were not the nicest and they took up way too much of the beach, but we brough our own tents, and didn't use them.
