Super Beach House and Location
We loved our vacation at PCB. The house was great and as described. The location was the best we ever had at the beach. Our rescue dogs loved the house and the beach. The bedroom and beds were perfect. We were central to Frank Brown Park and Pier Park. Everyone had a great time and we will return.

Cozy little stay
This property was neatly tucked down a side street away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic! However, it was most convenient to shopping, dining, activities, and the beach! Jo, the property owner, was always friendly and readily accessible. The property was as represented and was clean and ready to go when we arrived! Truly a great vacation getaway! Thanks, Jo!

PCB Vacation Paradise
This was our second time to stay at this beach house. We will be back for a third vacation. We stayed in 2022 and it was great then and it was fantastic in 2024. The location is perfect, plenty of space, beds are so comfortable and always clean. clean.

Outstanding End of Summer Beach Vacation
We needed to have a quality beach vacation with all the bells and whistles. We found exactly that at Anchors Away. Jo was fantastic and made sure we had a worry free vacation and could enjoy a fabulous beach house with my best friends and our fur babies. It was exactly as advertised but better. We all had the privacy and luxury at the house. The house is directly across from the pool. Great balconies for outdoor dining and views. We sat out until the early morning soaking up the beach sounds and trade winds. Spectacular sunrise and sunsets. We will return.

Great Beach House - Perfect Location - Excellent Host
Needed a place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Perfect house. Plenty of space. Three bedrooms / Three baths. Privacy on each level. Great balconies to view beach activities. The house is spectacular and decorated with a beautiful nautical theme. Beds were great. Each family had their own living area and we could all meet for dinner and drinks in the common areas. Easy beach access. Clean and spotless. Jo was fabulous. We will return. 5 beach Stars!!!!!

Ok rental
The housekeeping was not good when we arrived. Had an issue with the owner when I reported it. They did say they would send housekeeping back out on Monday but it was not convenient for us, so I did a little cleaning. The house does need some updating and the bed on the 1st level was not comfortable and the sofa bed upstairs on the third level needs a mattress pad to make it more comfortable since the mattress is so thin. . No place to put clothes on 1st floor, the small closet was full with a vacuum and wagon and not much room for food on the second floor since the pantry was locked. Not a 5 star unit in my opinion. It is sufficient and if you don’t mind a bunch of stairs.

Luxury Beach Vacation @ PCB
Needed a respite from the city life. Exceptional hospitality and great location for the beach life experience. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths of pure relaxation. Pool was perfect. Beach was spectacular. Advertising of this house was spot on. All the amenities needed to cook like a professional chef. The absolute best worry-free vacation I have taken in years. Everyone deserves this luxury lifestyle and you should treat yourself, friends and family to this beach haven.

Spectacular Spring Break Beach House

Great Host, beautiful property
Every aspect of this property was excellent. Instant communications with the host. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, bedding and bath supplies. Like any home near the beach, there are stairs to climb. If you are a vegetarian, there are not many dining options available in PCB, however the grocery store is nearby and well stocked. Thanks Jo for a wonderful stay !

Excellent Family and Pet Getaway
We stayed at Anchors Away for fall break with our two teenagers and four dogs, and we absolutely loved it. Jo was extremely responsive and worked with us, so we could stay an extra night. The condo was very clean and was huge!! Jo keeps it well stocked with trash bags, detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. We didn’t need to buy any for our entire stay which was appreciated and unexpected! The ability to have our dogs at the beach is something we will never forget, and we are so thankful to Jo for allowing us that opportunity. We will definitely return!!

Making memories
We came to make memories with our mother and it was the nicest place to do that. The hostes had everything set up nicely we was able to check in early with us traveling from another state.The commutation with her was excellent. This was by far the best place we have stayed at.

Fun in the PCB Sun
The property was as advertised with convenient access to the beach. The detailed check-in instructions sent a week in advance made the start to the trip nearly effortless. We appreciated having a well stocked kitchen and the use of the wagon to haul all of our beach items. If we decided to return ti PCB in the future we would certainly consider this property.

Overall good family vacation
When we arrived, we immediately had some cleaning to do due to dog hair being everywhere. I reached out to the owner, and they advised that they had changed cleaning companies. The response from Jo’s husband was you can leave, and we will give you a full refund as we strive for 5 stars. I advised that we drove 8 hours to get there and would clean up everything. Jo called back and was very concerned and willing to drive back to Florida to make things right. I told her there was no need and that we have taken care of everything. Jo was very nice and responded quick. Based on the responses from Jo I’m sure she will make things right to ensure her next guests have a good experience. The home is in a good location to the beach, pier park, and the grocery store. The second balcony on the main level is the best place in the house! Overall we had a good vacation and settled into the house well.

PCB Family Trip
The condo looks great & has everything provided that is in the listing. The only draw back on the stay was the construction.which the owner had no control. There was not any easy access to beach due the construction. But our over all stay was nice.

Awesome vacation

Giving owners some grace...
Arrived to some issues that we had to deal with immediately. Owners were not aware and changed cleaning companies. This did put a damper on beginning of vacation. Came across a few other issues and owners did take care of things as quick as they could. I'm not going to bash them for things out of their control, but I am expecting some compensation. We had to go buy several things ourselves and take time out from our vacation to make the rest of our family happy. In general, the house is in a good location. It is well equipped and decorated nicely. Plenty room for 10. Beds decent. We even got a new queen mattress while staying. Balcony is great. Pet friendly. There are a lot of steps fyi. Short walk to the beach zig zagging though construction. There was only 1 beach wagon which was difficult to carry all of our stuff to the beach. I believe the the problems we had were just our bad luck and are solved now.
