Perfect spot for on-the-beach stay
This was my wife's favorite spot we've stayed at on 30A for the last 6 years. Quiet, convenient, right on the beach and recently updated. Will definitely be coming back!!

Overall Great Experience !!
Stayed here with 4 of my friends and it was a hit! Very nice and well kept unit. The appliances were new and bathrooms were clean and also pretty. The smart TVs were a nice addition too! Would stay here again :) The only note I would add, to help future guest, would be about parking. If you plan to have more than 1 vehicle, plan in advance where you plan to park your additional car(s).

Perfect location
Beautiful condo with large balcony. Immaculately clean. The building only has 24 condos so its not crowded at any time. The loft bedroom is a very cool touch. But, be aware that there are lots of stairs from beach (about 30 to condo) and this unit is on 3rd floor (another 30-40 from ground to 3rd floor) and then another 12 stairs to the loft. So dont forget something and need to run back! Mistral 18 is very well furnished, bathrooms are large and showers are beatiful. Mistral 18 ensured we had a stress-free vacation.

Perfect Getaway Spot!
My husband and I were looking for a place on the beach, and this met all of our expectations! Very quiet, clean, and had an amazing view. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus as well. We would definitely book again!!

Wonderful babymoon location!
My husband and another couple had a great time at this condo! The location is hard to beat (but alot of stairs just a heads up for people in your party) and the condo itself is wonderful. We love'd having the loft and balcony. We rented a car to get out do dinner in the evenings and the grocery store, but a bike rental would also be a great option. We loved that the unit came with 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach service as well. It is a well updated condo that comes equipped with a washer & dryer as well which is super convenient. All around a very great stay and will be back! Again, just keep in mind if you have anyone in your party that struggles with stairs - there are a lot of stairs for the condo unit and to get down to the beach.

Great location! Very nice condo. Would definitely stay again. The only complaint would be that the bath towels were washed in vinegar or something similar and smelled awful. Burned our eyes when we used them. That is the only complaint. Having beach service included was a huge plus as well!

Feels like home with an amazing view.
This is a great condo! We felt like we were in a home away from home. Everything was very nice and clean. A comfortable & quiet retreat with beautiful views of the gulf. Easy access to the beach with beach service included. The dishwasher had a funky smell to it when you opened the door but I think that’s because they were having an issue with the garbage disposal prior to our arrival. Not a deal breaker at all & I’m sure it will resolve itself now that the repairs have been made. This is a great place to stay on 30A. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Awesome stay
Our entire family loved this beautiful condo almost as much as we loved the beautiful views. Perfect location and so much to do and see near by as well. We all loved how quaint and quiet it was. Having a private beach was important to us especially having a one year old with us. The best way to relax in my opinion is not around a crowd and the beach was absolutely peaceful. Thankful to have booked this condo. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to be back in this area in the future.

Gorgeous Views and Beautiful Apartment
We had a great time at this gorgeous little teapot of an apartment. The views are breathtaking and the apartment itself was super comfortable with beautiful details, all adding to a very relaxing time. We would love to return!

Great view
Overall I love staying at this property. Comfortable and nice and can’t beat the location and view. Unfortunately our refrigerator was broken for several days and had to call 2 times to get fixed. Fan didn’t work upstairs loft . Easy fixes but not great communication from rental company. Would still recommend staying here overall.

Nice place. Great location. Spiral stair case is a challenge if you have big feet. No elevators so you’ll get a bit of a work out going to the 3rd floor.

Perfect Setup
We loved it so much we are already trying to figure out when we can rent it out again. There were many highlights of the property but I will only share a few of our favorites. First off the private beach was tops. We went during spring break and the beach on both sides of the sectioned off area were packed. It was great knowing we always had seats reserved and a large expanse for our kids to play without getting lost in the crowd. The view from the deck was incredible and the sunsets breathtaking. We spotted dolphins twice from the deck and it was a great place to watch the whole beach. Inside was great too with everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

Mistral 18 was the perfect place to spend the weekend. It was clean and spacious and the beach was right out our door. Close to seaside, Alys and Rosemary beaches.
