You have to be careful when choosing a place. They show you a photo of the resort, but if you choose the option that says (no beach view), you're not at the resort but across the street. The service is excellent. Remy helped me, and it's truly a 100% 10.
In the room we stayed in the first day, the people next door made a lot of noise. To go to the front desk and get help, you have to leave the property and cross the street (since at that time of day, when you want to rest, it's not the idea)! Anyway, just be careful when renting so you don't arrive expecting something you don't have! The Expedia website doesn't explain this.
Hay que tener precaución al seleccionar el lugar, te muestran la foto del Resort pero si eliges la opción que dice (No tiene vista a la playa) no es en el resort sino al frente. La atención es excelente, me atendió Remy y de verdad es un 100 de 10.
En la habitación que nos quedamos el primer día hicieron mucho ruido las personas que estaban alado, para ir a informar en recepción y que te ayuden , debes salir de la propiedad, y cruzar la calle (que para esa hora donde uno quiere es descansar no es la idea )! En fin, solo tener precaución al arrendar para que no lleguen esperando algo que no es ! Ya que la página de expedía no explica esto
