Just what we were looking for.
We were looking for a relaxing quiet beach experience and that’s what we got. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing hosts with great communication. We can’t wait for a return stay!

Beautiful location
I love staying on 30a and this stretch is not too crowded thankfully. Condo is small but perfect for a family of 3 or 4. But the view....the view is amazing! Can't beat coming into the kitchen and seeing beautiful blue ocean. Owners seem friendly and attentive and we plan to rebook for next year!

Nice, clean condo on beautiful beach
My family really enjoyed our stay here. There are no big hotels nearby so the beaches aren't crowded. The condo is cute and clean. My kids loved the bunks and appreciated to large stuffed sea animals on the beds. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to visit again next year!

Oceanview paradise
My family and I really enjoyedb our stay. Waking up each morning with views of the emerald water was worth the trip. Everything was very clean and the condo had everything we needed. Having a washer/ dryer was perfect as well. We will definitely be back!

Stunning views!
My family of 4 had a fabulous week at this wonderful condo! The until was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The views of the water from the balcony are breath taking as well as the landscaping around the condo and the adjoining condos. With two small children we appreciated the short walk down to the beach everyday. We love this area and this condo and would definitely stay again!

Beach Not overcrowded. Close to water sound or Rosemary if you want to go to one of those to shop or dinner. Beautiful view! So easy being right on the beach. Lots of parking!

Great location.
On third floor,great view of the beach. If rain is expected, bring outdoor cushions inside,takes forever to dry. The weather for our stay was not the best, not the property fault

Perfect location
The condo was perfect for me my mom and my two kids. They loved the bunkbeds. The king size bed was very comfortable. The condo itself was very clean. It was in a great location. The beach was not overcrowded and overall we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Great week!
This condo is beautiful with so many little touches of home! The view is fabulous and walking out to the beach is the way to go. We enjoyed the balcony everyday. The condo was very clean and the communication was 6 stars. I would love to stay at this condo again.

The beachfront view from this condo was amazing however, the inside was in bad need of some overall updating. Kitchen was very lacking. Hardly much to cook with. Kitchen faucet needed to go. Furniture was old.

Perfect Spot
Loved the condo! It was perfect for my husband and me; it had everything we needed. Everything was well furnished and clean. The access to the beach was amazing and overall wasn’t terribly crowded. We used Dillons beach service for chairs and highly recommend doing that! Jessica was a great host and will definitely use again!

Perfect for couples - great location
My newlywed wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying our mini-honeymoon here. We have been visiting 30A annually for the past several years staying at different places to find the perfect spot. This was hands down our favorite. We will be staying here again in the future.
