"Location was close enough to everything without being right in the middle of traffic. Is a little further than I would want to walk for the beach, but not terrible for getting to downtown shops and restaurants. The home is spacious. It has two bathrooms, but only one shower…this could be difficult for groups traveling with over 3/4. The staircase is definitely not older-adult friendly, but the downstairs rooms are. "Great scenic location on Lake Pontchartrain, Slidell was a pleasant surprise to us out of towners, would have considered spending more time in town of we didn’t have such a packed weekend. Not too bad of a drive into New Orleans, but if using ride/share car service just know to look ahead at pricing and budget accordingly.Very spacious, great kitchen amenities and a nice pool. Sleeps 22 but do take note there are 12 beds. Bring your own soap to shower but over all very nice place and good...
