The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. ( Towels, kitchen equipment, cleaning materials, soaps etc) The welcome pack was brilliant we wanted for nothing. The villa was in a peaceful location with mountain views. A car is a must as there was little to walk to locally.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Booking very easy and communication from the agents was flawless, Questions answered in minutes and tons of information and useful info up front.Arrived at the villa around 10:30pm, following the provided nav instructions (the roads are very narrow and twisty so be mindful if you're not used to that), to find a very smart contemporary and well appointed villa. Tania and Savvas had left us a load of basic supplies to get us through the first night and morning.Plenty to do in and around the villa with the pool, table tennis, smart tv, games, books, bbq.The rooms, beds, kitchen and all amenities were spot on. Basically couldn't have asked for better despite the weather not being on our side.Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will certainly be going back in the future

A great villa fab communication on the run up to the stay, a huge thank you to the owners for the welcome food, it was very much appreciated after a delayed late flight! Such a lovely villa in a quiet location just what we needed for a relaxing break would highly recommend!

This is a lovely villa in a quiet area ideal for a relaxed chilled getaway. As long as you have a car it's only 20/25 minutes from Paphos. The villa is so well equipped, clean and more than enough space, the welcome pack that is provided on arrival is so generous with all you need for at least a couple of days. They are really helpful if you need any advice ,only a phone call away. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely recommend villa Alexs

Die Hausbesitzer hatten für unser erstes Frühstück eingekauft. Sehr lobenswert und mitgedacht, da wir erst spät Abends ankamen. Ein Schlauch im Garten (der auch die Küche mit Wasser versorgte) war eines Tages undicht. Wir haben Bescheid gegeben und 1 Stunde später wurde alles repariert. Die Hausbesitzer hatten auf unser Nachfragen einige Zettel (für unsere Abreise) ausgedruckt. Sehr zuvorkommende und nette Besitzer.

As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. The owner Tania couldn’t do enough for us and easy to contact. The villa is one of the best equipped villa we have stayed at including all the essentials when you arrive. Dont even need to take beach towels. Whilst remote just 20 mins away you are in paphos and beaches. Suited us the quiet life and yet you could get to plenty of activities close by! Loved it!

We had a really lovely time in Alex's Villa and were delighted to meet the owners, Tania and Savvas, on our arrival. The accommodation met our needs in every way and we enjoyed the privacy it offered. The villa was equipped with everything one would possibly need, not just on holiday, but in a family home as well. We stayed in the villa in early June and were able to enjoy a gentle breeze in the bedroom at night by fully opening the meshed windows, which was lovely. However, the neighbouring dogs barked intermittently throughout the night but if the a/c is on, this obviously won't be a problem. The rural location was definitely preferable and apart from the sound of the dogs, the neighbourhood was the perfect setting. Savvas regularly cleaned the pool for us and we enjoyed the table tennis as well! The surrounding garden was beautiful and appreciated. We mustn't fail to mention the generous welcome pack of food and drink which awaited our arrival. We wish to extend our thanks once again to Tania and Savvas for allowing us to stay in their beautiful villa and we hope to return again one day.

Prachtig vakantiehuis met top locatie om uitstapjes te maken naar verschillende cypriotische steden en culturele trekpleisters. Dagelijks spelen en afkoelen in de zwembad. Binnen 30 min van kato paphos voor avondeten en wandelingen langs de kust. Mooi welkom pakket, veel handdoeken beschikbaar en een volle voorraad van eten enz.Top huis en lokatie. Dank!

De villa is nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig, we hadden Zelfs een volle koelkast bij ontvangst. De eigenaren reageren snel op vragen en zijn super behulpzaam. Wij hadden een dokter nodig voor ons kind en ze heeft Haar eigen dokter gebeld op zaterdag en ons erheen gebracht. Heel attent en fijn! Wij raden deze villa zeer zeker aan.

A very well equipped large villa and one of the best provisioned we have ever used. Very clean. The owners were very helpful throughout. The photos give a fair impression. It is in a quiet location about 30 mins inland from Paphos. This means easier access to the countryside and Troodos Mountains.
