We had a good weekend away our dog loved the beach. However this part of the ninety mile beach has significant erosion and even at low tide not much shoreline to walk along. Additionally my partner has arthritis in the knee and found the path to the beach opposite the house difficult particularly the drop to the beach and getting back up a drama. The house was okay and warmed up quickly with aircon. We had to stay in the bottom half of house as no dogs were allowed upstairs as outlined in the description and this part of the house is quite dark. The facilities bathroom kitchen were good. overall would recommend to a younger couple.

Great family getaway

Amazing property with a chefs kitchen. Everything is easy access. This place seats many with the biggest sofa ever. Lots of room for a huge family. We did not have cell service but the internet works really well. The beach access is right across the street , you hear the waves from the house. I like the heated towel rails , its a comfortable place. We will be back!!!!

Functional Beach Bliss

Very impressed with this property. My husband and I stay at Paradise Beach/Golden Beach every year and this property is marked in our books as the best! So clean on arrival, great functionality to sit back relax, let the dogs run around outside, amazing kitchen that you can adequately cook in. Access to the beach just a short walk across the road. Absolute Bliss! Thank you we will be returning !

The house is very well appointed and the location is quiet, tranquil and relaxing with great access to the beach. The communication with the host was excellent also, I would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended

Hidden Gem

We really enjoyed our stay here - the house was well presented, well stocked & well maintained. It was so calming being able to listen to the ocean & it was an easy walk to get there. It is rugged coastline & we only went paddling in the water.Handy little supermarket nearby which was a lot better stocked than we expected. It also had limited take away of you needed it.Our host was easy to contact & quick to respond. We had a great stay here - thanks

Good location, dishonest host

Location was fine, quick walk to the beach however after mopping and vacuming the house, leaving it in better condition than when we arrived we were still charged an additonal cleaning fee. The host claimed the stairs were stained a provided a pic where you could clearly see someones dirty work boots. We did not wear shoes inside and washed off any sand from our feet before entering.

Paradise is an accurate description.

What a wonderful long weekend we had at this property. Large with lots of space both inside and out. Beautiful walks along a long stretch of beach that was quiet. Needing to bring food isn’t an issue with a full fridge and kitchen. Spotless and comfortable with one of the longest lounge suits I’ve ever seen!

Great house to relax

Our family (11 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grandkids (7 to 17) enjoyed themselves especially as they spent quality time with their parents and us on the beach, playing games.

Peaceful

This place totally lives up to its name Paradise. There is nowhere else you can walk out your front door and within a couple of minutes your sitting on the golden sand watching the surf or trying your luck fishing as my partner does and catching fresh salmon and flathead for tea. We love this place and stay here often the hardest part is leaving

Holiday at paradise beach

The property is clean and well appointed. Great to be able to bring the dog along with a secure fenced area and beaches that you can take your dog for a walk. It's a lovely quiet area with a short walk to the beach. The internet and phone reception was very patchy, often getting no internet or Netflix. The beaches in this area are not the best for swimming, but if you prefer a quieter holiday destination it is a lovely spot.

A wonderful beach weekend. So close to the beach, we easily feel asleep at night to the sounds of the ocean waves. Property filled with comfortable furnishings, kitchen had everything that we needed. We will certainly be back!

Paradise it is!!

Fantastic house with everything you need for an awesome holiday. Beautiful native bush garden which attracts birds and green grass for the kangaroos. Short walk to the beach where there is good fishing. Best of all it is so quiet. Thanks Greg, we just love your house and look forward to our next stay.

Great house in a very secluded place

We really liked the place. It suited our needs in just about every way. The only thing that was not 100 percent was that there was virtually no phone service…one had to go outside to get a line…and the internet was patchy, sometimes OK and sometimes none at all. Great access to the 90 mile beach, so plenty of things to do. Blue jellyfish washed up on the beach, so maybe not good swimming. The weather did not help…rained all day Saturday…but there were games supplied that kept us entertained.

Great relaxing winter beach stay

Had a relaxing winter mini break, a quiet area with amazing beach access via a short sandy track perfect for early morning beach walks with my Labrador. Saw only a handful of other people the entire beach side stay.

Super comfortable and spacious

The house is big and in excellent condition. There's plenty of room for lots of people. The furnishings are super comfortable and in excellent order. The mattresses are exceptional for comfort and support. Overall we were highly impressed.
