Great central location
Great location, central and walkable to many sights and restaurants. Responsive hosts. Definitely recommend! There are 2 lovely and lovely restaurants right outside. The only downside being right under the balcony and lively and loud until 2am. On hot nights with windows open makes it very difficult to get shut eye. We didn’t mind it as it just added to the lively Parisian feel and with the city awake we were out and about at those hours anyway. Mentioning here in case of young kiddos or those who want an early restful shut eye. Thank you for the great experience!

Really nice place with great location
The place was really nice and clean. It had everything we needed and love the area. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the delayed communication. It takes almost 24 hrs to get a response. I asked about the possibility to check in early and my questioned was ignored. Then I had to ask twice about checking out later because I didn’t get a response the first time. I asked because the checkout time is at 10 am and my flight didn’t leave until 5:50pm. I lost a day in France and it would have been nice to enjoy the morning at least and visit other places. I’m perfectly fine to get a no as an answer, just that the answered was that it was last minute request and that wasn’t the case or the best answer for a customers request.

Nous avons passe une belle semaine dans ce sympathique petit appartement situe au coeur du quartier etudiant. Notre seul bemol serait le niveau de bruit le soir et tard dans la nuit.

Great spot in the 5th
A beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood, with easy access to the Metro. This is a lively area, and there is a bit of noise in the evenings - particularly on the weekend - but this is a welcome trade off given the great location. I would definitely stay here again!

A perfect flat for a couple
My partner and I stayed at the flat for 5 nights in early October and found it to be all that we needed for easy access to the Latin Quarter, le Marais, and St. Germain. It is a neighborhood dominated by students (as expected) and so the bars in the square below the apartment were lively late into the night. But with the windows closed, this really wasn't any problem. Very cool old building (the beams in the apartment are enormous!). We didn't cook in the apartment because we were in Paris ;) and there were just too many great options in walking distance.

Great apartment, great stay!
We had a great stay in Paris. The apartment has a lot of space which was perfect for our family of four. Super easy to walk and metro to wherever we needed, and the restaurants and bars downstairs are very cute. It does get loud at night as the other reviews say, but it was fine for us and it never bothered the kids. Overall, excellent!

Apt in the heart of student district
The apartment was very clean, just as described, very comfortable bed and very nice shower for European standards. Fully stocked kitchen, Nespresso machine with pods, dishwasher and fridge. Location is amazing, just feet from the Pantheon and Hemingway’s apartment and short uphill/downhill walk to three different Metro stops. However, the apartment is above two bars and Thursday-Sat night there is a large crowd (200+) with noise until 4am, including most people smoking which you can smell even with the windows closed. We really loved the apartment but would not stay here again because of this. It may be different in the summer when school is out.

Quaint and Cozy in the Quarter
My wife and I recently spent 4 nights in this great apartment in the Quatier Latin. The apartment is an excellent location off Rue Descartes and just steps away from the busy Rue Mouffetard. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Jean-Noel was extremely helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend and certainly stay again.

Charming Paris apartment!
This was a really great place to be based. The apartment was really nice, in a great location, with easy access to transport, coffee shops, etc. I saw some reviews about the area being noisy, and while there is a bit of sound from the bars downstairs, it’s just voices chatting and having a good time rather than loud music blaring - I found it added to the happy atmosphere! I’d definitely recommend this for a visit to Paris.

Charming, great location but very loud
Charming, small yet practical. I would say it only works for a couple, ideally a young couple. It's in the heart of a university neighbourhood so it is very noisy on the weekends because of the restaurants. The stairs are rather old and warped. Someone can sleep on the couch but the noise will be very high. The small bedroom is quieter.

Amazing location, not for children
The location is perfect, easy walk to Pantheon and Luxembourg and like most areas short walk to the Metro. The beds are comfortable, small refrigerator for water/takeaways, and nice bathroom setup. We thoroughly our time in this space. Just be aware this space is above a cafe, with the windows open the smoke and noise is present until 2:30 and slightly beyond. If possible bring your own pillows and various paper products/bathroom items. There are shops close if you cannot for quick and easy purchase.

Very nice
The apartment was in a great location, lots of things to walk to, restaurants, shops, markets, etc. It was very clean and comfortable. It is above a restaurant so there is some noise, but nothing that kept us awake and since Paris is a big city a bit of noise was expected. It was fine for us. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, so maybe plan to bring or buy some, but that was fine for us too. Overall we really enjoyed the apartment and neighborhood and would definitely stay there again.

Great location and comfortable beds
We stayed here for a week during a family reunion in Paris. The location of this apartment is 5 star with direct access to restaurants, shopping, tourists site in the charming and vibrant student district of Paris. The apartment was fine in terms of size. The kitchen is so small you almost miss it - but that is typical of these apartments in Paris. The unit is worn and has been well loved. The furniture itself is adequate. Beds are very comfortable (even the pullout). The downside primarily was the noise which we are used to having lived in this area prior, but there is dance club close by which was very loud and we could feel the base in the music in our bedroom until 2am on 3 evenings. The street noise is ongoing but primarily people talking, eating, laughing. That said, even with ear plugs, the music and street noise was loud so I would caution light sleeps to perhaps stay in a unit on a higher level in this building. The amenities were bleak. We had to buy everything from hand soap to sponges to do the dishes, toilet paper and papertowels, shampoos and soap. So be prepared to do a grocery run at one of the local markets in order to get these essentials. There were enough pots and pans but only 2 forks and some of the drinking glasses were dirty. The shower leaks some if you don't close the door a certain way. And ask them to bring you more pillows and towels. The pillows were flat (only 4 for 4 of us) and we all had one towel and a few hand towels to speak of.

Dans un quartier animé, proche de toutes commodités. Un séjour apprécié dans ce bel appartement fonctionnel. Les consignes sont en anglais, une traduction en français serait a prévoir.

Bring earplugs
This apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen is not designed for much cooking but there are many good restaurants nearby. The main issue is the noise. The apartment is above several outdoor cafes and in the area frequented by students. Even with closed, double-paned windows, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs many nights. On weekends the noise lasted until 3:00 AM or later.

Great apartment!
We loved this Paris apartment! Great windows, great atmosphere! My husband and I stayed with our two sons and the apartment was a perfect fit for us. It had everything needed to be comfortable. The beds were nice, even the pull out! The place was clean. The shower worked well. I few little things to note: the neighbor is lively (aka loud). There are multiple pubs, cafes, and wine bars literally right underneath you and the students partied all night! We didn't mind, but if you expect it to be quiet before 2 am, select another place. My sons actually really enjoyed the liveliness because it was young and hip. Also, the kitchen functions for basics- coffee, toast, refrigerated items, microwavables, etc. We could have used a few more bowls and cups. No shortage of wine glasses though! The neighborhood is really wonderful. Great shops, restaurants, etc. We were close to all metro and all the amazing Paris sites we wanted to see.
