Very good location!
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was as described. Owner was responsive when we needed instructions for the TV and the washer/dryer. Good water pressure. Nice large windows. AC works very well. Thank you!

Wonderful gem
A wonderful, charming flat to use as a base for a visit to Paris. Our visit was short, but had we stayed longer, the flat was very well equipped. The second sleeping area is very small. The neighborhood offered lots of cafés and shops to meet one’s needs. Close to transportation options yet walkable to many sites if one chose. Checking in with codes for the doors made it a quick and smooth process. Overall a good experience.

The space is very nice and bright with a great rooftop view. It is on the 5th floor and the elevator is quite small so I took the stairs most the time, but a great location to explore the city from!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance of Notre Dome and even the Louve. The queen bed was very comfortable and didn't cause us any back pain like most beds do. There were different appliances such as a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher, but no instructions on how to use any of them which would have been helpful. Laundry degerant was not supplied so we had to buy it and left it there for the next person to use. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more. There was dishwasher pods and a tiny amount of dish soap provided. Check out instructions weren't sent to us until the day before we left and so we never saw them until we were home from our vacation; I think if those instructions were given upon arrival it would helpful. There was a wall AC unit which was very helpful for staying comfortable. The flat was spacious and comfortable. There were no lights in the hallway of the building when we arrived and it took us until the next day to figure out that you have to turn them on when you come into the building (there is a button on the wall in the lobby) or there is a button by the elevator to turn them on for a few minutes (they are on a timer to save energy). The kids bedroom was fine for our kids to stay in but not really suitable for adults as the ceiling is very low. The kids liked the room, I think because it felt like their secret forte. I would stay here again for sure. We really enjoyed our stay and the neighbourhood was great.

Perfect location perfect apartment
Our family of 5 loved staying in this apartment. The location was perfect to explore Paris and enjoy delicious food and the apartment well equipped to eat at home when we needed to. Christophe was an excellent host - flexible, polite and trusting. We couldn't recommend this place more!

Long awaited Family Vacation
After having our family trip put off due to covid (like everyone else) we were very excited to finally make it to Paris with our family. This apartment was incredibly conveniently located, just a 10 min stroll from Cathédrale Notre-Dame. We had coffee shops, great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within just minutes walk. With young children, this made everything even more convenient. The property itself is a beautifully renovated loft apartment in a lovely Paris neighbourhood. Christophe was very responsive & helpful. We highly recommend this property for your Paris adventure. We've bookmarked it for future trips.

Great Apartment located in the Marais
The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Also, several Metro stops were very close. Chris was an excellent host. When the washer and dryer stopped working, he immediately tried fixing it, without any luck. But then he went above and beyond and got our clothes washed and dried for us twice! Our two and a half week stay was very comfortable in this apartment. I would highly recommend this property!!

Excellent location and property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was as advertised. Spacious enough for our family of 5 to be comfortable. The location in Le Marais was everything we could’ve hoped for—a lovely neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and not overly touristy. Metro stops were conveniently located to get us wherever we wanted to go. Chris was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Die FeWo liegt super zentral. Vieles auch von dort zu erlaufen möglich. Schöne Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte im Viertel! In der Wohnung war alles ordentlich und sauber. Guter Renovierungszustand! Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat prima geklappt! Gerne kommen wir mal wieder!

Exactly What We Wanted
The location of the apartment was perfectly situated near transit, restaurants, Boulanger ins and shopping in the beautiful Marais district. Spacious, simple and not too precious, the rental had all the modern appliances and old world ambiance. We would certainly stay here again!

Great home base in Le Marais
We had a great stay, using this apartment as our home to explore beautiful Le Marais and the rest of Paris. We appreciated the A/C during the heat of August, the views, the convenient location within 15 minutes walk 4 different Metro lines, and Christophe’s communications and responsiveness.

Great apartment in great district
Stayed in the apartment for the month of April, 2022. Its location is perfect, walking to most sites. Excellent for Metro and city buses. Chris was wonderful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Initially there were a few problems and Chris was diligent at fixing the problems on a timely fashion. I have stayed in apartments in Paris on past trips and know one has to bring own supplies. The apartment was clean. We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage while the cleaning lady was cleaning the apartment. I found the apartment to be exactly as described in the information on line. Hope to visit again.
