Vacaciones en familia en Grenelle
El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona muy bien comunicada. Es una zona muy tranquila, acogedora y conectada con todas las zonas de Paris. Las habitaciones son grandes y confortables. El salón acogedor para poder descansar. La decoración es típica de la arquitectura parisina, tanto el edificio como el interior. Centro comerciales, restaurantes y pastelerías en la misma calle. Recomendable para ir en familia y grupo de amigos, la ubicación es perfecta para poder maximizar el tiempo de la visita. Si volviéramos a Paris, nos podríamos en contacto con Cristopher, ya que nos encantó nuestra estancia en Grenelle, ha sido parte de nuestro recuerdo durante la estancia en Paris.

Overall, the stay worked out for our group to see the Olympics in Paris. However, the lack of communication was really disappointing. The AC was not working and despite reaching out through VRBO and via phone, the AC was never turned on or fans brought to the flat in 100 degree weather. Ith the 100apartment

Location location location
Stayed for the Olympics. Great spot, walking distance from Eiffel Tower and only a few paces from a Metro station serving three lines. Flat is tidy and well laid out, Chris answered questions in good time.

Perfect location
Very nice apartment in a great location. It was perfect for hopping on metro to get to our events. Close walk to Eiffel Tower and Invalides. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside since the Olympics were going on but it is comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Very nice shower!

Poor Communication.
Let me start by saying that the apartment was incredibly charming. The moldings and windows were all beautiful. Without going into to much detail communication was not good. We found an issue upon check in and it took several tries and over 24hrs to get a hold of him. Also some information about the apartment (appliances and area) would be helpful.

Well located although very small apartment and not really suitable for 6. 2 beds are essentially in a cupboard with no window which is airless in the summer. Very small loo and bathroom. Sofa bed mattress in the lounge was not flat and the base did not sit evenly on the floor making it very difficult to sleep on.

Great apartment in Paris
We loved staying here. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location was fabulous, across the road from the metro, a short walk to a large supermarket and so many great restaurants and cafes close by. It is also a short walk to the Champ De Mars. Our host was also excellent and always helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The accommodations were as we expected and we had lots of beds for our family. The bunk beds in the closet are a smart use of space and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The train station is immediately outside and very convenient. There is a boulangerie and grocery store close by as well. We thoroughly enjoyed The Bretons Freres for crepes, which is located across the street.

Fantastic location however it didn’t seem very clean all the doors where grubby and couldn’t close - not great for privacy when taking showers or going to the toilet. Nobody knew how to use the taps in the shower and it leaks. Washing clothes I needed to buy my own detergent that was awkward especially coming from Australia you think it would be provided

Perfect Parisian Apartment
With just a 10min walk and cafe abound this apartment is in the perfect location. We are a family of five and had plenty of room for two teenagers and a 10 year old. Now you are by the metro which can be loud sometimes along with the street noise. So don’t bring a baby here. Plenty of restaurants to choose from

Very secure and convenient location
We really like how close to the Eiffel tower is to the apartment. The metro and train station is in front and there is another one in the corner. A lot of cafes and restaurants very closed by, as well as 2 couple if supermarkets. However, you have to take the initiative contacting Chris to get the information to access the building and apartment. The instructions were easy to follow, clear and we didn't have any problem accessing the place.

Great accommodation for Paris and two couples. Easy walking distance to many locations and extremely close to metro. The apartment was very quiet despite its proximity to the metro line. Close to amenities such as supermarket, restaurants, boulangeries etc. Would stay here again.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Sie komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Direkt vor der Tür sind Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants. Man hat drei Metrolinien zur Auswahl, so kommt man gut zu allen Attraktionen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The location of this property is perfect for those who want to see the Eiffel Tower, and have lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance! Chris was helpful with the check in/check out process and the apartment was well furnished and easy to settle into. Would stay here again!

Great place and location. Maybe a wee bit short in some of the items in the kitchen - for instance, there was no washing up bowl, which we'd have used more than the dishwasher. There had been one message that hadn't been answered - wasn't sure if that was because it had been written in English or the subject matter. Overall, very good and could see booking it again.
