Muy bien aunque falta limpieza en profundidad
Ubicación excelente, un lujo ver Notre Damme desde las habitaciones. Faltaba limpieza a fondo del cuarto de baño y debajo de las camas y en general, no cocinamos ningún día porque hay falta de limpieza a fondo.

Todo ha estado muy bien, salvo detalles que puede marcar la estancia. El sofá cama habría que cambiarlo, igual que la ropa de las camas. Por lo demás buenas vistas, zona agradable y céntrica. Por cierto, las escaleras son en caralol, pese a estar avisado, para un cuarto piso son peliagudas.

A great place in a great location
This is a great place in a central location in Paris. We travelled in a twelve persons group (five adults and seven children) and booked two apartments in the same building. Two cosies are beautiful, as you can see them in this web. You can see Notre Dame towers from the flat. Cosy is in a quiet square, near to the Pantheon and ten minutes walk to Notre Dame. There is a supermarket in the same street and some bakeries in place Maubert and rue Monge. We didn't meet the owner but we kept in touch with him by email all the time. We highly recommend the apartment.

Great Location
Communication with the manage/owner was excellent. This is a nice apartment! We were basically 5 adult-sized people (2 adults, 3 adult-sized teens :). It is a pretty small space for all 5 of us. Luckily, we did not spend that much time in the apartment, so it was fine! We definitely appreciated the fans provided, and were glad we each brought our own travel-sized fans as well. Accessibility to the metro, groceries and restaurants is great!

Latin Quarter
Beautiful location, right by where Midnight in Paris was filmed. This was a perfect home base for our family Paris vacation and we enjoyed the local restaurants and fun, safe atmosphere. We had 2 fans and could have used a third, since we were using all 3 sleeping areas. Host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay in Latin Quarter
We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was clean, check in was easy, comfortable beds and the location was very central. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. It is a vibrant part of town (a few cafes and bars right below the apartment) which we enjoyed. The noise level at night was loud, but to be expected as it is such a fun part of town! The stairs gave us a workout, which was great with all the food we ate!

Great location and tons of space!
We had a great stay at this property. Pierluigi was a wonderful host. We had four people in our party including two teenage boys and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day. The apartment was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. the location was great with three different restaurants right on the street!

Latin Quarter Location is Ideal for Walking
Four of us, all adult women aged 45 to 60, recently stayed at this apartment and it really worked for all that we wanted to see. Plenty of things to walk directly to - Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Panthenon. Easy access to Metro for roaming around other neighborhoods. So many restaurants in the Latin Quarter to choose from. Nearby small convenience store in which to buy a bottle of wine, water, cookies...whatever we needed at the end of the night. The winding stairs up to the 4th floor apartment (76 I think) are definitely a taste of Parisian charm. We didn't mind it at all except the walk up with a heavy suitcase on day one. But it is doable! The pull out sofa was very comfortable. And the area was very quiet but with a fairly active restaurant right below I wonder what the warmer months are like when you want the windows open? All in all we were very happy with the place. With the overwhelming options of places to choose from we are very happy that we landed here!

Week long stay with friends to enjoy Paris!
The Cosy apartment was a great accommodation for our week long trip to Paris. It is tucked away among multiple excellent restaurants and short walking distance to gardens and metro. The location met our needs as a small group of 30 something’s from the USA, and the stairs were easier to navigate if you remember to turn the light on! We would book this listing again.

Cozy pad for four
Good location, close enough to walk to Norte Dame, for instance. Lots of students and local eateries. Makes for noisy nights though because of the 3 bars down stairs, if you are sleeping in the outer room as we (parents) did. My kids didn’t hear a thing. Even earplugs didn’t help me and I’m the one who can sleep anywhere. Floor plan is well thought out with 2 bedrooms and comfy mattresses- my husband has a finicky back and he slept well. We only ever had breakfast here- a short walk down the block to two decent bakeries. There’s no exhaust fan for the cooktop but the windows open if you needed fresh air. The weather was mild so we did not need the fan or test the air conditioning. Pocket sized bathroom so it might be awkward if you’re a group of friends- as a family, we could work around 4 people sharing one toilet. The heated towel bar is a godsend! I made sure to rotate and dry all our towels and even hand washed laundry in record time. Most importantly, if you have any physical difficulty- the narrow spiral staircase up four floors is a killer. I had sprained my hip flexor two months ago and not quite 80%- I could walk up holding onto the wooden bannister but I wasn’t dashing out to buy pastries for breakfast as I would usually do. The kids brought up my carry on bag and the narrowness plus the spiral of the staircase was challenging. You could hurt yourself trying to hoist a bigger piece of luggage- FYI. Either get one of the units

Overall we had a good time even with some miscommunication. Shortly after making our reservations we had to change our reservations by backing it up one day for a week stay. I confirmed everything by email and thought we had no problem. On our sixth day the cleaning person came to clean at 10:00 and thank goodness we were still there as I don’t know what would have happened. The cleaner said we were supposed to be out. I got a testy email saying we were supposed to be gone and we were going to be charged for an extra day and an additional cleaning fee. After a phone call they realized they were at fault as someone did not change the dates on their calendar. Thank goodness they hadn’t double booked our last day. But anyway we did have a very nice time. The location is in a very nice area near the Pantheon with multiple restaurants and shops. A short walk to Notre Damn and the Luxembourg Gardens. My only complaints are the lack of communication and the cleanliness. The place could use a good deep cleaning and refreshening. Quite a lot of dust bunnies. Also they stressed so much on being quiet and not disturbing your Parisian neighbors. Well the couple above us sounded like they were moving furniture around on one afternoon. Then we got treated to multiple rounds of very loud sex. Oh and one last thing. My husband and I are both 70 but in decent shape. But if you have any mobility issues it isn’t the place for you as there is four flights of narrow uneven stairs.

Fabulous and charming flat
The location is fabulous! The flat is as described and looks as pictured. It is cozy but worked well for my family. As others have mentioned, this is a walk-up with a winding staircase. We didn’t mind it, but might be hard if you are large or not fit. In the summer when the windows are open, it might be noisy, as there are restaurants below. We had the windows shut and it was fine. The host was very easy to communicate with and check-in was also simple. The location — with a view of Notre Dame — was spectacular! My kids and I enjoyed our stay and it was great to have the kitchen! I would recommend this location to families and others who want an authentic neighborhood experience. The market (Tues, Thurs, Sat) and shops/bakeries by the Maubert metro were wonderful—some of the best croissants and baguettes! All in all, it was a fantastic property and wonderful trip to Paris!

Perfect spot! Loved our stay - would do it again!
Perfect place for us and our 2 adult children to spend a week in Paris. The neighborhood is perfect - close to metro stop (2 blocks straight down from apartment. Loved the vibe the neighborhood gave. Great communication with landlord. Perfect instructions on entry. Would definitely stay at again if we were in Paris. One caution for those that can not handle stair. One of the charms is a spiral steps up to the apartment - however, I had an 21 year old son who could help with the bags - someone who may find stairs to a 4th floor should pick a lower level - they did have options.
