Un buen sitio, muy céntrico.
Un apartamento coqueto y bien cuidado. Pequeñito, pero dada su localización perfecto para pasar unos dias en París. Calle muy tranquila y edificio antiguo, cómodo.

Nice, small, budget-friendly stay in central Paris, within walking distance to the sights and Metro stations. Very clean. My daughter and I stayed here to explore Paris for our first time and enjoyed the excellant location. Wonderfully quiet for resting after a long day of exploring.

Perfect Room in Heart of the 4e
The location was perfect for our walking and metro tours of Paris with many great bars and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and working well. The window opens to the block's interior, meaning it is quiet day and night. Just be mindful of the 95 steps to get to the room on what we would call in the US the 5th floor.

Unbeatable location
Amazing location! It was my first time in Paris and solo trip and location could not have been better! I walked pretty much everywhere I needed to. Ubers were super cheap cause everything is close to the location. Metro easy too. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Very very safe. Apartment was nice, true description in the page. Saved it in my google maps as I will be staying there if I visit again.

Great little place!
This studio was great for my dad and I to stay. Definitely true to size as shown in the photos, and the stairs up are not for the faint of heart (or those with bad knees!). The space was clean and comfortable for what it was, and the metro was less than 10 minutes away which was great.

Great getaway with 12 year old daughter!
We had a great time staying here! From check in, stay, location-was perfect for me and my daughter to see the city. Public transportation close by to sites. Great food, shopping in this neighborhood. Loved jogging every morning by the Seine. Property was just as posted, very happy. Host very kind and responsive.

Staying in a piece of history
Our stay was great, everything was very accurately advertised. The location in the Marais was by far the most important for us, so having a quaint apartment and sleeping in separate beds was a concession that we were prepared to make. We would stay here again!

Perfect studio in Marais
The studio is located in a quiet, safe totally lovely area of the Marais. It is within walking distance to many museums, metro stops and bus. The studio was optimal for me, I was traveling alone. And could handle the 94 steps! Good exercise. Check in and out were extremely convenient, and it was easy to communicate with host.

great location in a very old building
We learned from a Walking Tour of Marias that this building has the classic red tile flooring, half timber and plaster walls of many of the old buildings in the area. The room worked out fine for us and the location was perfect for exploring Paris. My wife thought the mattress was ok but for me it was too soft. The toilet is a very low flush one. It would have been nice to have two keys for the property in case my wife and I did separate activities.

Great location
Loved the location, in the Marias but down a quiet street. The stairs are no joke, especially if you are hauling a lot of luggage, so keep that in mind. The person who met me was very sweet and showed me how everything worked. The place was clean and while small, had everything I needed for my stay. It’s an older building so the stairwell is a little musty, but that’s about the only complaint I have besides the stairs!

Great place close to all the touristy spots!
This place was small but cozy, exactly as described in the listing. It was a great home base for my daughter and I to spend a week in Paris. The stairs were brutal, especially at the end of a long day, but also added to the charm of the old building.

Great host - terrific location
This property was in a perfect location to allow us to explore Paris for the first time. It is a small, rustic studio apartment, but in a secure building. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay and the host was welcoming and responsive. We were on an extended trip and had heavy suitcases, which were tricky to manoeuvre up four flights of stairs, as there was no elevator. Overall we had a great stay!

Couples get away
Great location near Notre Dame and close to metro stops. Doesn’t take long to get to all the hot sites. Host was amazing, very welcoming. The neighborhood is great with cafes and shops, busy on Saturday but relatively quiet the rest of the week. Some renovations being done to the building currently so expect some work or noise during the day for that. 98 stairs up to your room. Small and quaint, missing a comfortable place to sit if you are taking a break. Just 2 beds and a dinette

Great host and location in Paris Marais
This was a new area of the Marais for me and was an excellent location. The host was extremely helpful and gave great info on where to eat and shop nearby. Apartment was fully equipped (no AC warm in summer). A stand up fan was suffice with nice summer breeze thru the open French windows. Charming bell tower near by. There is no lift and is a climb. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Small room in a Great location
The flat is tight, but perfectly functional for 1 or 2 people who are really just using it to sleep and store belongings. My 6’2” sixteen yo didn’t complain (too much). 4 flights of stairs makes you sure not to forget anything. I thought it had great charm, and the location was pretty excellent for us. The Maraise is a happening area and there was a nice boulangerie around the corner where I could get coffee and a baguette avec frommage while waiting for the boy to awaken.
