Family Vacation

Had a couple questions about the house, but the Host responded immediately. The house was a great fit for our family. Loved the family room downstairs. It was a great weekend!

Our stay at this home was fine overall, but there were some big drawbacks. The biggest issue was the water: it was extremely hard and orange, which stained clothing, our kids’ crocs, Stanley cup, and even left an orange tint on our skin. The toilets and showers were also stained, which made things feel less clean.The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.On the positive side, the hostess was nice and responsive. The house had lots of activities for the kids in the game room, and the outdoor space was very nice — they even provided firewood, which we appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the plates and utensils we needed.Overall, it had some nice features for families, but the water quality really affected our stay.

Annual snowmobile trip

Overall the trip was good. We had some minor issues with the thermostat, kept resetting to 60 degrees at night and getting really cold. Richelle was notified a couple times and was finally able to correct the problem. Property was nice. Nice location for fishing and snowmobiling.

Continues Quietly Living In My Soul

Within this space my family grew healthfully in ways yet to be fully understood, as the experience we shared lives on in our time and future visions. I could not have imagined, plus actually did experience, so much combined meeting of each and also such easy access to private moments. Perhaps it was what we were seeking, but it was clearly enabled and available at the " Eagle's Nest ." Thank You.

Great Place with lots to do.

Spent 4 night here and enjoyed it very much. Large, clean rental. Communication with host was excellent. Rained the first 2 days but with the game room no one was bored. Large property come in handy since we had 4 vehicles with trailers. Would stay again if we come back to this area.

Fantastic stay at Eagles Nest.

Our stay at Eagles Nest over labor day weekend was fantastic! The home was very clean and had everything you would expect to find in a rental home. The arcade games and ping pong were a hit with the kids. Great view of potato lake and very close to a boat launch. Richelle was very communicative and quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Summer Vacation

The property and the house were very beautiful! It was a great location to see the sights in the area. We had a great time!! Richelle was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns! I would highly recommend this property for a large group! Each family was able to have their own rooms and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather in the common areas. The video games, ping pong table, and air hockey were a big hit with the whole family!

Wonderfully Fun Getaway

Such a beautiful home! So fun for the kids! We had a couple rainy days and the kids didn’t mind at with all the fun entertainment downstairs. Check in/out was easy and every detail was smooth thanks to our host. We will absolutely book again. Thank you!

Amazing!!!

Rented this over Thanksgiving for my family (5 with kids ages 8,6,4) and my 2 siblings and their spouses. Kid room with bunk beds was awesome setup. The arcade games and ping pong with the tv there with good speakers - great. Tons of fridge space and multiple areas perfect for giving people a little space at times. Liked the Bible verse too :) Great view from the kitchen / living room. Beds are really nice. Of course an awesome area.

Beautiful house and location!!!

The house was everything and more than what was in the listing. We had 10 adults and three children had plenty of space and so much fun stuff to do at the house and in Park Rapids. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a much-needed family gathering.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful modern and spacious

What a great property! Even though we had a rainy weekend, we had a great time playing tons of games, having a fire and eating tons of food There was a lot of space for us 8 friends to sleep and hangout. A good communal area is hard to find but this was perfect. A challenge course is just down the road which was a highlight. Good location to go into Park Rapids.

Perfect place to hang out in

Property was great! Had 3 couples enjoying a bday weekend and had plenty of nice space. Upstairs was nice and spacious with great kitchen and downstairs had a great bar area, plenty of cold storage and a fun room with a ton of things to do. The extra garage was amazing as we had a boat with us. Big storm came through and we were able to get 3 big trucks and a boat into storage and out of the elements! Much appreciated. Owner checked in on us just the right amount of times and made it feel as if they were there for us if we needed anything. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had a blast

Great stay at the Eagle Nest!

This house is all as described in the listing! My fishing club was having a tournament on Potato Lake and the Eagle’s Nest was home base for 7 of us for 3 nights. The property more than met our needs; great well stocked kitchen, comfortable common areas for hanging out, and a lot with a Great Lake view. There is a public access right in front of the house that worked for 19 to 20 foot bass boats and plenty of parking for cars with boat trailers AND outlet to charge boat battles at night. We all enjoyed our stay and Richelle always answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully.
