"My friends and I went to Assateague Island for the day and rented this lovely home to spend the night in. The neighborhood is beautiful and very friendly. Because it seems to be a family neighborhood with the Sheriff right next door, we tried to keep it quiet before midnight and stayed inside for the rest of the night. The home is very spacious, pet-friendly, and everyone got to enjoy their time there. Great communication with the host, too."

"We enjoyed our stay in Berlin, Md. The location was perfectly located between Assateague Island and OCMD. The house was clean and well maintained. We did have to call to get the unit number and it was a little confusing finding the place at first. The community and amenities were very nice and also well maintained. "Location was great, very spacious. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for us to enjoy our stay. Plenty of utensils and seasonings in the kitchen to use. Check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. We did bring our own linens as requested, but the pillows we put our pillow covers on, were dirty so if you are picky on that matter, bring your own. "

"This is the perfect place to stay for a family of all ages. There were 3 separate couples including my wife and I and our two year old and we had plenty of space! It was very nice to see the house even included a high chair for our little one. The location is great. The walk to the beach is very short.
