"I loved this gem of a hotel, full of history, quaint yet spacious rooms, great restaurant on premises, across the street from the ohio river and its steamboats, and walking distance (literally next door and up the street) from shops and cafes. Just wonderful!"
"Our room and all of hotel and grounds were very clean, the most important thing to me. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and they had a variety of choices. I would definitely stay there again."
"The only reason for my stay is that it was night and I couldn't see the road in the thunderstorm. If there hadn't been a power outage, I would have chosen one of the other hotels next door. After checking in, I noticed this property used to belong to another company. It has not been renovated at all. The carpets are nasty. While the sheets and towels are dingy and some have stains, they did smell clean so at least they arè trying.
I hope someone will see this and help the owners bring this...
