"The neighborhood is not luxury or “suburban” at all however, we felt very safe and happy there. The neighbors were lovely as well which is a plus. The home looks exactly like the photos and our stay was amazing! There were cool areas/places near by, maybe like a 15-20 minute drive . Please try Hudson House for lunch, you will not be disappointed!! Comfy beds, luxury appliances, all kitchen items provided so no need to buy your own, quiet neighborhood, good food within 15 minutes, grocery stores...

"We enjoyed our stay. There is so much space with the 3 levels that allow for everyone to have privacy. You can’t beat having 3.5 restrooms. The pool table made for a fun family night! We had an issue with the hot water. The hosts are very quick to respond. Unfortunately it was late when the situation arose, but our hosts made sure to compensate us. Those things happen. Yet, it is how it is handled that matters most. This place was in a safe neighborhood and that was of most importance to...

"Nice property in the arts district - within walking distance to Spring Street bike trail, food/coffee/ restaurants (Sawyer Yards, etc.), art studios, and Target. Clean property. Enough space for 6 adults or a large family given 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Along the railroad track but sound is not a major disturbance. Neighborhood is nice though a couple properties next to the unit are rundown (other post mentions this). Would stay again! "

"We booked this house so we could attend the Houston rodeo. My sister and her boyfriend flew in to join my husband and I. We brought our 2 big dogs as well. We had a great time! The house is relatively close to everything. About 30 mins from IAH and about 20 from NRG Stadium. So location was perfect. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we felt safe. The fenced back yard was so nice to have with our 2 dogs. They loved being able to run and play while on a road trip since with hotels they usually...
