"I was very pleased with this rental. I was able to come to town and visit with my sisters and family in Apalachicola for a couple days. The unit, was so cute, and VERY clean. "There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets. "This was our second time staying here, and we will probably be back next year. The condo is comfortable, and the location is convenient for launching and docking a boat. The only caution I have - the dock did not have power or water available for our stay - it is rigged for both, but under repair (presumably due to the last hurricane)."
