"This is an absolutely amazing resort with everything you wanted and more. We would absolutely stay here again. For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). I stayed only for a night and had to work at midnight and she did everything possible for me to have a great night sleep and on the next morning gave me tips to were to go and since I was rushing to the bus she even gave me a beer on my way out after touristing the whole day!
