"Swimming pool was not well maintained. Despite calling them the cleaniness was not good. Bed covers were soiled and we had to ask them to get those replaced."

Damaged bed spreads, no hot water, restroom lock not working and ironically none of these problems are sorted out throughout my stay there. "It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac. And again on the cross check done on the day of check in of the time of arrival. Since we travelled...
