"The house is nice, though small rooms for so many beds. The cleaning and maintenance is terrible. We are a family of six. We arrived to a house which had been clearly occupied for some time, and cleaning was almost inexistent. The kitchen and utensils were plain dirty. The fact we arrived early and left our luggage in the garden was sufficient excuse for the cleaning people to just leave rigth away. Alex never showed up. "La maison a un énorme potentiel, le site est magique !Voir passer bateaux et paquebots, spectacle garanti !Luis, le propriétaire, est très réactif et disponible ; la dame en charge du ménage très compétente et adorable. Il reste encore quelques finitions à faire, cela n’empêche pas l’usage mais cela peut étonner au début. Superbe séjour pour nous !"

"Just back from an amazing stay at this beautiful Villa. Everything was just perfect and as we’ve stayed in Binisafua many times before we felt very much at home. We love the fact it is not a resort & you are more in with the locals. "A fantastic week in this villa. Really well equipped, lovely outdoor space and pool, lots of seating outside both covered and round the pool. Great location 5 mins walk to beach, back again is up a hill but not far, 5 mins walk to Caka Torrey for restaurants and small supermarket and 25 min walk to Binibeca Vell with larger supermarket and more restaurants. Juan was super and just at the end of phone if we needed help with anything, responded promptly,a great host and great stay. Thank you"

"La casa está en un barrio muy agradable y tranquilo cerca de un pequeño pueblo costero con una preciosa cala para darse un bañito por la mañana (a 6 minutos andando). La terraza que da a la piscina es maravillosa. Hay tumbonas y sillas. También hay una barbacoa con una gran mesa. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y agradables. La cocina está bien equipada. Hemos estado como en casa."

"S'Algar is very quick and easy to get to from the airport. A quiet sleepy town with a couple of restaurants, a bar a couple of supermarkets and a dive centre. Nearby in Sant Luis is Eroski supermarket that is very good and has a great meat and fish counter. We used the little supermarkets in S'Algar for daily bread etc. The villa is a short walk to the sea. If you are driving would recommend nothing bigger than an aygo to fit into the parking space that comes with the villa. On street parking is...
