"The location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again! "

"I chose a room with my own bathroom and the bathroom was so nice, rained shower, beautiful little balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Very walkable to the rest of what I needed in town. The staff were so helpful at check in. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Encantador hotel con atención y comida excelente. La habitación donde nos quedamos amplia y limpia y muy cómoda. Me encantó todo, el strudell de manzana es el mejor que he comido en la vida! El hotel está cerca de pistas de esquiar, el lago Braies, la cortina d’Ampezzo, y está en un pueblito donde hay tren que te lleva a varios lugares. Nosotros rentamos coche en Milan y nos fuimos manejando para recorrer varios lugares. Las Dolomitas son maravillosas, un paisaje hermoso, lástima que en febrero...

"Nicely located in best part of the city with breathtaking mountains and river views and city views. Peaceful and quiet environment. Inside house is elegant high quality facilities and rooms standard. People here are extremely friendly. Restaurant are fantastic including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Go to bus center only 10 minutes walk and you can go anywhere you want and it’s free. I think it is the best hotel for vacation as I can imagine. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family...

"Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Example- Air France lost our luggage a few days prior to us getting married. The staff made calls on our behalf and ensured it got delivered in time allowing our wedding plans to move forward. The food was also delicious. "

"Muy amable la encargada. El desayuno tipo buffet aceptable aunque poco variado. Hotel muy bonito por fuera, en particular uno de los dos bloques, aunque no fue en el que nos alojaron. Instalaciones en buen estado y todo limpio, aunque las habitaciones eran pequeñas y de un estilo muy austero para el precio, pero pagas la zona."

"No está mal. La habitación es amplia y cómoda pero el baño es estrecho y la ducha muy pequeña y con poco espacio al salir de ella para secarte. La limpieza no estaba mal pero se habían dejado una toalla de los anteriores clientes colgada en una percha y una cuchilla de afeitar dentro de la ducha."

"Excelente. Nos tocó que hubiera construcciones al rededor porque serán las olimpiadas en febrero 2026 pero aún así la estancia fue muy buena y se pueden apreciar las vistas hacia la montaña, además de que tiene una buena ubicación para salir a caminar. A considerar: ni tienen elevador y también hay que subir escaleras para llegar al hotel"

Grand Hotel Misurina

"La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era fredda per via di molti spifferi, il riscaldamento non si poteva aumentare in quanto centralizzato. La camera inoltre non è ben insonorizzata e c’è stato un problema con l’acqua della doccia che una sera non arrivava ben calda. Acqua della piscina fredda, e un costo aggiuntivo di 25€/ persona per accedere a una sauna e un bagno turco. Nelle camere non sono forniti accappatoio e ciabatte, che vengono affittate a pagamento (rispettivamente 25€ e 5€). Ci hanno richiesto cauzione per poter prendere in prestito un adattatore da presa shuko e un phon dato che quello della camera non funzionava (5€ e 20€). In generale pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo, non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle, grande mancanza di servizi al cliente. Camera semplice ma carina e buona colazione. "
