"This property exceeded my expectations! The condo itself is cozy, well maintained, and very clean. We *thought* we had an issue with the toilet (false alarm) and Geralyn had someone there to take a look within 20 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful-such a pleasure! The pool is well maintained, warm, and inviting! However-as mentioned in another’s review-you will catch a whiff of septic every now and again. It’s not from the pool or pool restrooms. I believe it’s just the actual septic...

"Es un condominio amplio, lujoso bien amueblado y equipado, con una vista espectacular desde el balcón y la piscina privada. La localización perfecta muy cerca de San José, con una pequeña caminata ( que incluye una cuesta pronunciada) se llega a la hermosa playa blanca. El único inconveniente es que el alquiler no incluye el acceso a las instalaciones del club punta leona y eso hace que la experiencia no sea tan agradable porque no se puede accesar a los restaurantes, baños en la playa, carritos...

"The apartment is beautiful and classy, and the surrounding area is fantastic!! The pools are just a short walk away and very nice. The landscaping is gorgeous. The club pool is walkable distance, though we preferred to drive, and is very nice to visit! You can tell it is a fairly new rental, as there are a few small flaws - some of the upstairs bedroom curtains not working properly, the upstairs bed was pretty squeaky and loud (we may have only noticed since we were trying not to wake a baby...

"This property was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The view off of the balcony was stunning, with trees, ocean, and wildlife. The walk to the beach from our unit was only 2-3 minutes. There were several good restaurants across the road from the complex, but we also did a bit of easy cooking in the unit. The complex is located just between Jaco and Parrita and was easy to get to other areas of interest. I would recommend this rental to everyone!"
