"The property is beautiful. A few minor tweaks could make it even better. We couldn't get into the house when we arrived. While they gave me the correct code, they did not tell us that once the code was entered, we had to hit the Schlage button to unlock. A few items were not functioning and the kitchen was missing some items that would have made the stay better. Microwave was missing the glass plate, the dishwasher would not close (therefore could not run it), the TV's in a few rooms were not...

"This was our 2nd time staying here. There were a few snags (some to no fault of theirs) along our trip but nothing crazy. They were easy to get ahold of and got back to us in a timely manner. "The owners provided bare minimum supplies, instructions and other customer accommodations and services but extensive instructions on rules and limitations. I did not expect to have to clean the grill for use. The outside front & back were obviously not a part of regular cleaning. Sections of the flooring were unsafe, including carpeted stair risers in which I slipped , spraining my ankle and dislocating my knee on the first day, eliminating my outings for the entire time."

"We arrived on a Sunday. We noticed no coffee pot but a Kurig. As coffee drinkers we prefer a coffee pot. The ice machine and water does not operate from the refrigerator.
