"This is simple accommodation, a bit like staying over at a friend’s home, but very clean and the owner friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for the money. It was good for us as we were passing through. There was off street parking, and we walked over to a nice Italian restaurant just a few minutes away. "

"*Clean and everything you need.* Nancy the host runs a tight ship here and was very helpful throughout (also makes a great English fry-up). If I owned a BnB I'd want her running it. I was here longer than expected whilst house-hunting - I'm used to S/C apartments (hard to get in Boston unless paying well over odds) - but was very happy with the room I had (front right at top which has own WC). The locals are friendly enough once you get to know them. Yes a bit dated etc but for the price you def...

"Lovely stay at the Lyndsey B&B excellant hospitality by Alan and Linda Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again"

"We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was a family room which is probably why it was so spacious, and more importantly clean. My only moan would be breakfast is served between 8am - 9am. I personally think 8-10am would be more appealing but you can’t please everyone all the time. "

"I had a really good stay at the Southwold. The owners were helpful and friendly and the B&B was clean and tidy. The breakfasts in the morning were also large and tasty. I had the single room right up on the top floor, which was up a normal flight of stairs, then a second steeper set which I didn't mind but others may have trouble with.
