"My husband and 8-month-old stayed here for two nights in February and though it was very cold and snowy, we were cozy and warm at this cabin on lake flower. We especially appreciated the use of the hot tub, which was cleaned before our stay. Our host met us when we checked in, even though we arrived late, and made sure that we found everything we needed. We drove to the downtown area, Olympic sites & restaurants because it was between -2F & 15F during waking hours (& 4 of our party were children) but it is walkable in warmer weather! We got hit with a big snowstorm while we were there, and the host was out bright and early to plow everything out so that we weren't stuck. This is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, just off the main strip.Would definitely go back."

"We had a great stay. Dan's place was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Had all the necessities and and a few more. Our 2 very tall teens used the bunk room and loved it despite the usual upper bunk length limitations. Nice cozy little nook in there with TV, bean bag chairs, and "fireplace style" heater. The condo was very convenient to downtown Lake Placid, and to Whiteface for skiing. Dan was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay again."

"It was perfect for our family of 16. We had a wonderful time. It needs a few improvements. Mattresses were too soft, comforters need cleaning, oven takes too long to preheat, hot tub not filled sufficiently and no hose to add water, faucets drip. The location could not be better. The house was completely decorated beautifully for the holiday. We would definitely like to return. "
