Perfect

We greatly enjoyed the little house, it was exactly what we were looking for! Everything we could need! Be sure to follow the owners directions to the house, not gps, they are different so trust hers. I was nervous arriving after dark, and if the roads were wet or icy it may have been difficult. But it was a dry lovely weekend. Stay here!

Great getaway

Great cabin in the woods. The road that the cabin is located is however not great for front wheel drive cars. If it was raining our crv would have gotten stuck. And it was a little hard to find once I got to the road. A very nice neighbor that lived close helped us and reassured us that front wheel drive car could get to this cabin. We thank him dearly bc we would have not been able to get there and been really upset. Overall the cabin was cute and had everything you needed. Heater fire pit nature. I truly enjoyed it.

Awesome family vacation

really nice place to stay. We enjoyed the spatious patio for BBQ and were able to recharge in a peaceful location. 100% recommendation.

Adorable cabin – very quiet getaway!

This cabin is super cute and cozy yet roomie! The host is easy to communicate with. Definitely follow the specific driving directions she provides, you will certainly find it by her directions and not GPS.

The cabin was nice but next time we would visit at a cooler time as the bugs were annoying. But bugs will be bugs… Cabin was all it was described to be.

Perfect Getaway Cabin

We spent the weekend for my birthday. The cabin is located in a beautiful location with forest on all sides. Everything was clean and cozy. We had a great stay and will definitely come back!

Woodsy Retreat

My partner and I LOVED this little red cabin tucked away in the woods! The property owner was so helpful and provided excellent communication. The house was clean and incredibly charming—an excellent value. Loved early evening walks down the road with our dogs, sipping coffee while enjoying views of the surrounding forest, and snuggling up with books in front of the wood-burning fireplace/stove. A short drive to the state park, as well. The perfect fall retreat. Can't wait to return to this little gem for our next Mt. Palomar adventure!

Great little cabin for family trip

We loved staying in Little Red for our family trip to Palomar Mountain! The kitchen was well-equipped and the rooms were great for our 3yo, 8yo, and 10yo. Our family really enjoyed the firepit on the patio and we loved being close to the state park. We would stay here again!

Cozy cabin

Perfect cabin for our family of four. Denise gave us a quick update on the snow conditions prior to arrival. We especially loved the screened in patio with fire pit for roasting s’mores. We definitely keep this property in mind for future visits.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. Great directions to the cabin and peaceful location. It was a perfect place for our mini vacation and close to hiking and Palomar observatory.

Lovely forest!

We have stayed in this cabin several times and keep returning because it is comfortable and attractive. The forest is very quiet and we enjoy taking walks.

Beautiful and Peaceful!

Clean cabin and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our peaceful stay at the little red cabin. It was our 1 year wedding anniversary and time away was just what we needed. The cozy fireplace warmed the entire cabin. So comfy. An Added charm was the oak tree above the house dropping large acorns frequently with a loud thud Somehow we got used to it. The towels were so soft, but the Cal King bed needed an upgrade. There were two other bedrooms to choose from. Overall we had a romantic stay. We’ll be back.

Palomar excursion

House was great! Perfect for my family of four and two pups. Very easy to baby proof and more than enough room for sleep meals and activities. Denise was super responsive and charming. No complaints here!

Relaxing reboot

Little Red is a comfortable and cozy cabin. My sons and I enjoyed some quality family time together. The amenities offered made our stay perfect. Nice porch with great views of the forest and nature.

the cabin is really nice, I got all i wanted out of the stay. plenty of room for 3 of possibly 4 people. I liked the patio, the studio near me was unoccupied at the time and I did not run into any problems with anything. it was as advertized and I would stay there agian,

The perfect getaway!

We could not have been happier with our stay at this property! The peace and quiet was just what we needed. The cabin did not lack for anything - we had A/C (which was needed because we ended up being there during a heat wave!) , WiFi and Direct TV. It was like home, but without all the noise of the city. We will definitely stay here again!
