First timers- so happy!
We loved this spot... so much. We had 4 of us plus our dog and I will admit it was tight, space-wise- but mostly because the weather was not great and we weren't at the beach as much. But so convenient. So clean. Everything was as it was advertised!

Wedding Anniversary weekend
We had a wonderful time in Litchfield. The place was perfect getaway for my wife and our two pups. The setting was perfect right on the beach. Beautiful weather. Great places to eat. Would recommend this place highly.

Great Vaca
We enjoyed staying at Litchfield by the Sea. The condo was modern and the location was great. The bed slept great, but the outside lights are bright so if you want complete darkness you'll need something to cover the window as the shutters aren't blackout. Everything was clean and tidy. The floors could use a mopping, but it is the beach so it's tough to keep them completely spotless and sand-free. While the kitchen is adequately furnished, the cookware and utensils are basic and could be upgraded for better meal prep. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Litchfield!
Location is absolutely perfect! Pool is located on the ground floor of the complex and the beach is a quick walk down a paved path. Despite the size of the complex, the beach never felt crowded. You can see the ocean from the living room and patio, which was a nice way to start each day! Condo was clean, well stocked with lots of towels, and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was great about communicating check in/out details. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway, I would definitely stay here again!

First Time at Pawleys Island
The resort and pools are well-kept and maintained. Loved the easy beach access and convenient location to everything. Overall, the condo was good, but a couple of things should have been addressed before we checked in: the floors were filthy (after an hour of being in the condo my wife noticed my bare feet were black), several light bulbs need replacing including the bulb in the fridge, there is no hot water in the bathroom faucet, and the shower control handle should have been repaired prior to our visit which resulted in three days with very little water pressure. I hope this is helpful to your staff for making some improvements.

Quick vacation/staycation
Loved this property! My mom lives just outside Myrtle - but she, my daughter and I stayed for a weekend to enjoy the pool and the beach. Place is lovely and clean and everything is very close. We are on the resort one night and had a great time listening to live music and watching the turtles!

Great place
We enjoyed the stay the only complaint we have is the mattress needs replaced. It was very old and worn out. I went to the couch to sleep hoping that was better but it was not. Please update the bedding. The place was very well stocked and we had everything we needed.

Perfect Vacation

Best laid back beach resort
Love the resort and have been staying here for years. The condo was awesome for our family of 3. Views of the ocean and sounds of the waves are so soothing. Miles of sidewalks around the resort for walking/running. Perfect beach trip. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay, perfect for a few days away. It was a plus for us to be able to take our dog. The place was clean, the view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. Short walk to both. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Lovely stay
We had a very nice stay in the condo. Clarification on how to lock would have been helpful. There were plenty of basic items like coffee filters dishes ect for our stay. The blanket in the closet had some candy or something stuck to it so opted to get ours from the car but did look had been washed and dried so maybe just not caught when folded. Communicate was great, and pool nice. Be sure you plan to hike to the beach. Not a short walk if you have little ones or a lot to tote. Was fine for us, we travel light but elderly or with small kids it would have not been a good fit. Lived that our small dog could stay. Very clean and cleanable so felt good about the cleanliness of the room. The refrigerator smelled horrible like fish…we cleaned with Lysol wipes and just had cans of soda and water in it so didn’t use much. Over all good stay and would go again.

Nice Stay
After a rocky period as we approached our reserved time, the Host process became fine. The Host worked hard to rectify the issue and all ended up OK. The only observation is the the property is small, but served its purpose for a short stay.
