"What a cool place this is, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood of Victorians and other older houses, with kids playing outside and kitties on front porches. "Very clean and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Enjoyed the way it was decorated. Easy to get to and still within walking distance to the campus and downtown. The neighborhood was typical campus neighborhood-some properties are taken care of but many are neglected. Probably would have preferred parking in front and entering through the front door. We had a great time in Manhattan!"

"Coming from Boston with 3 sons and 8 grandchildren in the area, I thought it would be a great idea for us to gather at one house. In research this lovely place came up and we are happy it. It was ideal for us to have a dining table for 8, a basement for the children and the adults could watch all the football we wanted. Great house. Great accommodations! "

"The house itself was very comfy and suited our needs well. The property management was GREAT with communication and willingness to accommodate needs. Even with a small mishap on our side, they were super understanding and didn’t make an already stressful situation worse for us The house was great and easily fit the 5 of us and our pet. The enclosed back yard was incredibly useful as well. Neighborhood was quiet and didn’t really have much traffic. All in all, a nice, quiet little place."
