My family and I brought in 2025 in the cabin there were 9 of us plenty of room for everyone. It was pretty cold because if we turned on the heater at the top all the heat would go up to the kids and sweat them out the space heaters work best close to you during this time of year on the bottom floor. Overall it was nice the kids enjoyed themselves they got to see the local wildlife.

Great place for a family getaway
This place is great for adults and kids/teenagers. The upstairs has two sets of bunkbeds and a full bathroom, plus a table where everyone can set down their belongings. The downstairs has two nice size bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire property is spacious, interesting and fun to explore. We stayed toasty with the pellet burning stove and heating system in the living room. Had a great time and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Birthday in the Pines
We celebrated my 6 year olds birthday and it was a great time! She loved the tree house and the neighbor across put apples out for the Elk and cows to come through. The whole family enjoyed sitting out on the deck just star watching and enjoying family time! Highly recommend!

Great Property with a lot to do!
We have been staying here for 3 years and bring our grandkids. They love it! The property alone has so much for them to do in addition to us catching crawdads at the creek and kayaking and fishing at the lake. In the past the neighbors have been friendly to us and we have introduced ourselves and had nice converations with them. We are quiet, friendly and good guests that respect the neighbors. This time was different. We could feel the tension and the unfriendlness of the neighbors and it made us very uncomfortable and we felt very unwelcomed.

Perfect family vacation
My family had such a good time at this cabin. They had everything you need it for a fun family getaway, including wood for a fire and Marshmello holders to make s’mores. They also had a list of places to go hiking, and we found a fun little hike and swimming area, the children really enjoyed the treehouse and lookout area

Beautiful Log Cabin
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We loved the trampoline, tree swing, hammock, and tree house in the yard to make this a unique experience. The cabin is nice and spacious. Check-in/out were very smooth and easy. It was a nice escape from the Phx heat for a few days. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend
Perfect location! Our family enjoyed fishing at the second crossing and waterwheel. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need while staying at the property. My grandson especially enjoyed feeding the blue jays and squirrels peanuts!

Great trip!
We stayed at this cabin over 4th of July week. It was perfect for us and another family to share. The kids loved the sleeping loft and all the activities- darts and ping pong, splashing in the water feature, the treehouse, etc. It was pretty warm that week but the portable ac units for each room made everything comfortable.

Cabin oasis
Amazing stay with so many things to do there. Cheaper then hotel stay if you add up your party. Very well stocked with supplies. Neighbors were very friendly. Drive slow. It rained during our stay and that was so nice to drink coffee and watch it rain. Also we saw elk in the mornings. And a friendly little squirrel would visit us on the deck. A much needed weekend getaway for us.

Great location, near creek
Very dusty and stains on blankets, needs better cleaning. Toilet seat is cracked and pinches you. Neighbor threatened us and was watching what we were doing. Room a/c unit exhaust broken blowing hot air into the room. Otherwise the property and area is beautiful. Creek nearby. Nice man-made creek on the property. Great location. The ping pong was fun, lots of activities for kids.
