"We booked this house to cerebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We were a group of 12 with two babies under 2. Everyone had a comfortable room and access to bathrooms. The house is a little dated but the view and location makes this house very special. We gathered around the fire pit outside and loved our walk to the beach. The kitchen was super convenient. We had a great time and will book the house again. "

I called three times to have our name added to the gate access, but guest services were not able to do so. "We had a great time staying at Julia’s house in Pebble Beach. It was a very nice quiet location but also felt quite neighborly. The house has very nice living areas especially in the sunny front enclosed yard with a bbq. There is also a pretty view of the water from the small upstairs deck. "Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...
