"We were three couples (us & our adult children) in town for family wedding. Close walk into Nevada City. House has both nice outdoor and indoor space so you are not all on top of each other. Living room area with porch was great space for a gathering of our two families before going out to dinner. Lots of family fun games and well stocked kitchen supplies. Appreciated the iron! There was only 1 other vehicle there while we stayed so our Suburban was able to fit but if there were more than that we wouldn't have fit. Would like to have check out information either emailed from the host or left in the home. I had to go out to the actual listing to find the check out information under house details."

"Nos encanto la ubicación es un lugar muy tranquilo y se acomodo a nuestras necesidades. Solo un comentario y es que las personas que limpian podrían hacerlo más detalladamente ya que encontramos cosas debajo de las camas como una pijama de bebe sucia ( nuestro grupo éramos solo adultos así que no era de nosotros) y algo de basura aparte de eso todo estuvo bien."

"Everyone loved this location. The property is fantastic for families and large groups. The water situation is a huge bummer. We used bottled water for everything, including brushing our teeth. The owners are communicative and friendly. The dishes, utensils and cookware are cleaned and maintained by people renting like us, and they were all filthy. Just be prepared to bring multiple jugs of water and I recommend disposable plates, utensils etc. Its a shame bc the place is basically otherwise...

"This property/cabin was perfect for our short visit.1 block off old town, easy walking distance. Visited Washington(town) off 49 to the north and back down to Grass Valley. Nevada City still has an old town feel to the old town area. A little disappointed in Grass valley, it's lost that. Sure the buildings are old but the closure and modernization of old town just lost a lot of appeal for me."

"I am retired and have a bad knee. But my aches and pains were less while out by the pond. I love the quiet and nature showing itself everywhere. Great site for star watching too. We saw one shooting star the first night. Good glamping. Even my old dog, Emma, loved walking around and around the camper on the leash. "

"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...
