Sweet House-Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet house on Seneca Lake. The house was spotless and thoughtfully furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Evenings on the deck enjoying the panoramic view of the lake quickly became our favorite ritual. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to bring our dog. We appreciated the doggie bags and many hooks by the door.The location was ideal—just a short drive to charming wineries, local restaurants, and hiking trails. Best of all, the private lake access made it easy to go for a peaceful paddle (Reagan's Kayaks delivered right to the house) or simply unwind by the water with a good book. The host was responsive and kind, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful.We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we might return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic stay in the Finger Lakes!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable inside, everything worked perfectly and felt thoughtfully arranged. The deck and grill were fantastic, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The firepit was a great touch for eveningsThis place is ideal for a small group (up to 4 people) or even better for a romantic getaway. It’s tucked away just enough to feel private, but it’s also super close to dozens of great wineries in the area.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxed, scenic stay in the Finger Lakes region.

Gem on the Lake

Perfectly sitauted right on the East side of Seneca Lake, about 10 minutes South of Geneva. This small home is perfect for a couple or family of four to experience the full magic of the Finger Lakes! The yard is rather large leading out to a long dock. The deck is very big and accomodating. But the surprise of the weekend was the sunrise! Its also just minutes from two legendary restaurants Smokin Petes and Ports Cafe. Consider thos property for your next FLX experience!

Charmer on Seneca

Very nice location on Seneca Lake. Property was clean and well stocked. View across the lake was beautiful although weather prevented us from sitting out as much as possible. Driving down the single lane road was challenging as twice there were work trucks blocking the road that were challenging to squeeze by.

We had a nice time at Maryann's property last week. The location was great and was in the middle of many great wineries, restaurants, and towns. The cottage was clean and it was beautiful to wake up on the lake! The sunrises were incredible!

Perfect Lakeside Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cottage was as described, just 10 minutes south of Hobart William Smith where we were visiting our daughter. Neat and tidy and well equipped, cottage was perfect. Beautiful sunrises over the lake. Quiet, off the main road. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Fall Weekend

Came with my best friend and our 2 little dogs. The property was a fantastic location on the lake. Maryanne let us know all we needed to before arrival and made sure to leave a few little extras to make our stay comfortable. The neighbors were so nice and the dogs were friendly. Our dogs had fun playing with them and one showed up on the deck looking for more treats one morning. Such a sweetheart. We were so blessed with beautiful weather for the perfect fall experience at the wineries and the views are spectacular with the leaves changing. Would definitely love to come back again for a longer stay.

Great location on the lake

Cute little cottage on Seneca Lake. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor deck and dock too much because of rain but we had a great weekend visiting the wineries along Seneca Lake.

I enjoyed my stay. The cottage is lovely, charming. Maryanne is just a lovely host. I had questions for her and she responded pretty quickly. The views of the lake, sunsets, sunrises, moon is breathtaking.

Great location

Right on the water. About 20 steps down to a new dock. The train does run close to the house, but very slowly and not very long. The resident neighbors were nice. Upon check in, I noticed there was no toaster. The owner brought over a new one in about an hour! Would stay again for sure.
