"We had a great stay. We were with a group of five people and there was plenty of room for everybody! The view is amazing. You can see the mountains and the see. Because of the high temperature the swimmingpool was nice and refreshing. Check in was quick and easy! They tell you everything you need to know about the house."

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"

"We were very happy to have stayed at this villa. It was superbly equipped with everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent, with very helpful documentation about the area and house sent over before our stay. Limiti is a beautiful village to visit and the views from our house were stunning. The pool was very much appreciated, as it was very hot when we visited! We would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

"The house and garden exceeded all our expectations. We loved the photos and description in the listing, which is why we chose it, but the reality was so much better. On arrival, Guglielmo and Luca met us to show us around the house and garden and give us important information. Several times during the holiday, they checked in on us by message, and offered recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They were the perfect hosts. "Cinzia and Tomasso were wonderful hosts and took such lovely care of the beautiful villa. We had such an enjoyable stay and the surroundings were peaceful, serene, and the home and property was immaculately maintained. We were welcomed by Cinzia and a generous welcome basket filled with pasta, three bottles of wine and freshly baked Italian cookies and homemade marmalade. Our family holiday was the best ever, we cannot wait to return!"

"Lovely little mezzanine apartment. Rob and Lynda were very welcoming and the apartment was cosy. The pool was beautiful and shared with the other two apartments and our hosts, but no one was ever there at the same time. Stunning views from the patio area. It is a 10 minute drive to the local village, Casoli, which I a lovely little town, so you can’t just walk to a local bar or restaurant, but you do have all the facilities to cook in the apartment if you so wish. 100% would stay agin!"
