"Beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Well appointed home! Quiet and comfortable. Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....

"Everything is like new. Never used a hot tub before and Melissa texted me the instructions to get it in the correct mode for usage. The washer/dryer was a little too high tech for us. However, it cleaned our clothes just fine. Very quiet here with the South Toe river in back for comfort. Love the stay very much."

"This was the perfect spot to stay in the Weaverville/Asheville area! The house was perfect for two couples to have plenty of space to spread out with great spaces to hang out. We loved the fire ring and enjoyed the cool mountain air. Was clean and well equipped for our stay. Location was great with very good restaurants nearby and close to Biltmore. Loved it!
