don't know where to start...
wi fi code sent was incorrect ..wasted time trying to correct..successful finally....air conditioning broken....hot as heck all Friday and Saturday until 9:00 p.m. Slept very little. Master shower head does not work properly with little pressure ..additional bath shower worked great.. coffee bar had three k cups for two people for two nights!!! Neighbor smoked on their balcony first night. No ice upon arrival...ice maker turned off...took a while to have a cocktail with ice.!!!! Home owner very nice...gave us a 50 gift card to restaurant across street...however we had to stay outside the address until six on second night because of heat and waiting on repairman who arrived at 7:20 and worked for over an hour till around 8:30. Unit was very clean and decorated nicely..you can't live in Florida with all the humidity with no air-condition ...terrible...guessing long distance mgt. does not always work. Blue angles and Thunderbirds were awesome.

The beach-facing balcony is everything: the beach, the waves ... the stars!!! at 5 a.m. with a cup of coffee. Wonderful beach, nice property & convenient to other parts of Pensacola Beach. Thank you ... enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot on Pensacola Beach!
This condo was perfect for a family getaway. Perfect spot on the beach! The rooms were spacious and it’s always nice to have a kitchen to make meals and eat together.

Wonderful Location
This is the best location in Pensacola! You can walk across the street to Peg Leg Pete's which is one of the top reasons we love this condo! Also, there is 24 hour Tom Thumb convenience store across the street where you can get your necessities if you don't feel like driving anywhere. The condo was clean and well stocked. I love the fact it had a washer and dryer in the condo. Huge plus! The only negatives were that the bathrooms were small and the showers were particularly small. Also, no ceiling fans in the main living space was a negative. Lastly, I would suggest blackout curtains in the master bedroom. It is way too bright in the room at night. Other than those negatives the condo was really nice. I wish there would have been two bottled waters in the fridge on arrival as stated there would be but that might have just been an oversight. Overall, I would recommend this condo to others. Thank you for a nice stay.

Unexpected Stay
This was a quick & unexpected trip to FL but turned out to be a wonderful trip! Let me begin by expressing what a wonderful property this was. I could not believe how clean and sand free it was. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and honestly felt like home. There was just 2 of us but the property is large enough to accommodate a family comfortably. The host was very quick to respond with any info we needed too. We loved that it was across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s too and are already talking about planning another stay here. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Great location + awesome hosts = incredible vacation
The location on Pensacola Beach is perfect -- and the condo comes with a shaded parking spot that is mere steps from the beach. We kept most of our beach stuff in the car so we didn't have to lug it upstairs, went down every morning to get it, and were on the beach in minutes. Kids (8) loved the bunk beds. The beach on this side of the island isn't super crowded. The only complaint I can think of is if you have a larger vehicle and the parking garage is full, it can be tricky to get your car into the spot since it is right by a support column. That first day was tricky, but both my wife and I easily got the car in every other day. There was also plenty of parking in the lot.

If I could give 10 stars I would give 11! Highly recommend this beautiful condo! I love how the owner communicates if you have questions! We loved how all the small things that made our stay so easy. Entering the property there was a gate which made us feel even more protected, to how easy it was to dispose the trash. The pool was huge! We had a fabulous time and highly recommend this amazing property!

Perfect!
San Souci was perfect for us! I have stayed at San Souci numerous times and the condo was great. The property owner was very easy to work with and stayed in touch. The access was a breeze with codes being sent for gate and room with no struggles of checking in or out at a different location. It was very clean and appeared to be recently painted and remodeled with the cutest decorations and all comfortable bedding and couches. There were enough items to accommodate us for a few days and a washer and dryer. The parking space is covered and close to the condo entrance and beach access. The balcony view is perfect. I would recommend San Souci to everyone! Great place and owners!
