Perdido Key
First time to Perdido Key and to Beach Colony Resort. We had a wonderful stay E-10C!! The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly ask for. We took a daily morning walk on the beach and spent the afternoon by the pool. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Overall very nice- some out of order when we were there- hot tub and an elevator- washing machine and dryer and coffeemaker are all pretty old- dryer took repeated cycles to dry towels

Beautiful Tranquility
We had a wonderful time in unit 10C East! This was our first time staying at Beach Colony in Perdido Key, and it was a wonderful experience. The check in and out was extremely easy, and the beach and facility was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this unit too! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely come back given the opportunity.

This unit was exactly as the pictures showed, or maybe even better! Great location away from the crowds, but an easy 5-10 minute drive if you wanted to go out. Beautiful beach and beautiful unit. Will definitely stay here again for another girls' or family trip!

Beautiful condo in Perdido Key
This lovely condo is situated perfectly for enjoying the beach and pool in a laid-back area. Some shops and dining within walking distance with relatively few crowds. Condo is well furnished, comfortable, and the balcony is wonderful any time of day or night!

The Best Girls' Trip Ever
We absolutely loved the location, the unit and the fact that it wasn't over crowded. There were plenty of families with children there, but it was nothing like being in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach (we've vacationed there for many years). It was much more relaxing for what we we desired as we were celebrating turning 50. We also loved the ease of being able to park in a lot right outside and not a parking garage like we're used to...it was easy in/out. The unit was decorated beautifully and just as pictured. A new thermostat had been installed the morning of our arrival and wasn't working properly, we called and someone was there within an hour to resolve the issue. We will definitely be back and we can't wait until next year!

The perfect little getaway!
The owner was great to work with and answering my hundreds of questions during the booking process! This was our first time visiting Perdido Key and we will definitely be back! My ONLY complaint was the rug in the living room was super rough and we have a crawling baby - BUT with that being said there was more than enough linens provided so we just simply covered the rug with a spare blanket and it worked just fine. There were even small chairs in the utility that was a pleasant surprise and our older boys enjoyed on the balcony and beach. There was a cart provided to load/unload car and the staff by the pool was great. Truly a great place to stay.

Summer 2024
We had the best time and were blessed with fantastic weather. The cart provided was an excellent added benefit. Our granddaughter thought it was so cool to have her ‘own room’ where we set up her bed in the master closet. Lots of kitchen appliances, clean, gorgeous view! We love Beach Colony, Perdido Key, and this unit was perfect. 💜💜

We had a fantastic vacation at Beach Colony. This condo well very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed! The communication with Jeannie was great. Very detailed instructions! We have been to Perdido Key several times and love the area. This condo was fantastic for my family and I. The space is comfy and balcony is great! Very family friendly location. There is gate codes and elevator codes that give you an extra sense of security. Everyone we encountered was very nice. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying the wonderful beach! It’s really hard to beat! We can’t wait to get back!

Winter Getaway
This is a nicely furnished condo, but Beach Colony Resort was not a great fit for us. The balcony has zero privacy, which I did not enjoy. The guests/owners above us stumped around all day long, which became pretty irritating by the end of our stay. There was a lot of construction that we were never told about (elevator, pool resurfacing...). I was looking forward to sunbathing on the balcony loungers (as pictured in condo description) so I was disappointed to find Adirondack chairs instead. Loud and boisterous guests in the next tower did not help with serenity. I did love the beach, and the walks on the National Shore beach were magical.

Lovely Condo in Perfect Location
This condo unit was just as described in the listing. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out and feel comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the view from the balcony was excellent. The location was very conveniently located between different shopping and restaurants. I needed a pharmacy during our stay and it was a very short, five minute drive, as were two major grocery stores - Publix and Winn-Dixie. The owner of the property was very responsive to any of my questions and gave great advice about some of her favorite restaurants in the area. This was our first time visiting Perdido Key and we will be back!
