Weekend trip
My husband and I stayed at this property for the weekend. We were in Pensacola for a friends wedding. This townhouse was very spacious. Extremely clean. We were even surprised how clean the grill was because most of the time you can’t use the grill that are at these rentals. It was nicely decorated and an excellent stocked kitchen. Very close walk to the beach. I would recommend renting this townhouse.

Drei erholsame Tage am Traumstrand
Alle Räume waren super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - einfach zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem Drum und Dran. Es war ein Vergnügen, morgens im Pool ein paar Runden zu drehen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Nice unit/ False advertising
Unit clean and nice, but false advertising on listing as nothing saying pool would be closed. Vacasa no help, No local agent to contact etc. I chose the unit based on VBRO listing of photos which showed a lovely pool and nice unit. the pool was empty except for a few feet of green . I chose the unit for the pool and its proximity to the unit. I feel I am due a refund of $40 per night as I would have picked a different rental.

Half bathroom didn’t have running water and we were unable to use this space. There was a small mess in entry way upon arrival but nothing major. Everything else was great. Awesome location!

Great Condo
The condo and updates are nice. The place was clean and comfortable. We had no hot water. We arrived Saturday and left Monday and despite the attempts to correct, it didn’t happen. Between the communication and response lag time, the problem wasn’t corrected. We weren’t able to have a hot shower. We liked the location and how quiet it was. Florida is having a cold snap so it was nice to be comfortable indoors. I asked for a 10% refund for the inconvenience, but only received 5.

Ups and downs
Condo was musty on arrival, with open doors and windows helped. However lows 50s temps. Thermostat is horrible, night lows were 30s, one night the unit was set at 62! And couldn’t be changed. There were three different set of instructions, on refer, in app, condo specific. What to follow? Location was good, short walk to beach. However this unit faces a very busy two lane road. Patio door blocked most but not all noise.

Nice place to stay
Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Man hatte viel Platz, die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Beach Sachen waren klasse. Der Grill sah sauber aus- leider hatten wir keine Zeit ihn zu nutzen- beim nächsten Mal!leider könnten wir den Pool nich nutzen, dieser war während unseres Aufenthalts leer. Das war Schade! Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen- immer gerne wieder!!

Nice and convenient
We booked this condo for a quick 2 night stay. It was conveniently located right next to the pool and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The place was clean and provided what we needed. My only suggestion would be to replace the shower curtains more often. The one in the primary bath was starting to mold. Also, the condo had a strange smell when we got there. It's hard to describe, but the best I can come up with is stale bleach. Once we had been going in and out of the condo enough the smell started to dissipate, or we were just used to it.

Enjoyed Our Stay
Nice townhouse close to the beach. Not far from restaurants but far enough away so it’s quiet. Loved that it had beach chairs and umbrella and coolers and towels. The 2 different decks were great. Also loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location right next to the pool was amazing because that’s where our toddler wanted to be a majority of the time. Now for the not so great aspects.. the garage had a very musty smell that traveled up to the first floor. The handrail going to the second floor was coming out of the wall at the top. None of us slept very well because both of the beds were uncomfortable. In fact, none of the furniture there was comfortable, including the kitchen chairs, living room furniture, and deck chairs. Either the remote batteries were dead for the tv in the one bedroom or the tv didn’t work. The grill was left disgusting from previous occupants not cleaning it after they were done cooking. Animal parts left on the grates and I believe the drip pan was overflowing because there was a nasty pile underneath the grill. There is a very convenient hose hooked up underneath the stairs out front to rinse your feet with but do not try to connect the nozzle to it because it will blow off and soak you. One recommendation that I have is to include a picture of the stairs leading up to the front door. We knew our bedrooms would be on the second floor but we weren’t expecting so many stairs to get inside. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

Great location
We really enjoyed this condo. Location was kind of perfect. Bikes and beach wagon were an added bonus! There was a slight mildew odor in the laundry area. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Great property, horrible property manager
I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and the property was awesome. Close to the gulf and was so well equipped with everything you need for the beach. But the property is being managed by Vacasa and they sent me the wrong code to get into the gate. It was a code from August and we were there in October. I emailed to ask for a valid code and heard nothing for 2 days. Fortunately there was a neighbor walking by that gave us the gate code. Also asked if I could get a late checkout and Vacasa said they would get back to me. They never did. I will never rent another property manager by Vacasa.

The unit we were in was right by the swimming pool, which was perfect for our kids! Condos are great location - several blocks east of the main drag but still close to the action. Close enough to the Gulf/beach that you can walk over. Kids and parents all had a great time!

Felt like home!
The place was wonderful! It had just about everything we could imagine and a great, homey feel to it! The proximity to the beach was great, and the amount of beach equipment available for our use was awesome! We would definitely rent at these cabanas again!

Family Vacation
Sandy Feet Retreat was a wonderful place to stay. We really appreciated being able to use all of the beach items, and recreational items in the garage. It was very easy to get to the beach and we were right next to the pool. I was a bit nervous about noise being by the pool, but it was absolutely no problem at all. Upstairs was warmer than downstairs, but we followed the directions at the house and it was not overly warm at night. Thank you for a great vacation!
