Perfect for families.
Perfect space for family. Nice, quiet unit. Well stocked kitchen. Extra amenities like pack n play and wagon were great. Very close to many restaurants.

First Time
Mr. Reid was a excellent host. He responded to all my question promptly. He had sent a list of places to eat and things to do. I like that parking was close to the places. I would stay here again. Thank you for the help of making new memories for my cousin first time in Florida. She loved the beach.

We had the BEST time in A135! Micheal was the best host and always answered our questions promptly, we loved the condo and my kiddos can’t wait to go back! Parking was super close to this room, so was great for us since we brought my older parents with us. We will definitely be back!

Great spot for families
This location is great for getting in and out of the resort area. The pool area is really nice, but you do have to get there early to get chairs. It's great to have an alternative to the beach for young children. The owner was responsive and helpful, we were happy with all aspects of this property and would return.

Nice place for a family
We enjoyed our stay and had enough room for all 6 of us. Overall okay experience. There were no grilling utensils which was disappointing given there were on site grills. The listing said there was a wagon, and that was also not there. I wish we had known that since this room was at the end of the hall, literally the farthest walk from the pool and beach. The pools were very full with a lot of unattended teenagers. Not sure if we’d return to the Waterscape facilities again.

Great Family Vacation!
The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and a 5 year old. We spent the majority of our time at the beach, but the pools were great for our son when we needed a break. We loved the condo and the communication with Michael was great! He responded quickly and was so nice. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The grills by the pool were very convenient and the tiki hut was nice for a quick snack. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Cleanliness
This property feels like staying in a friend’s home, in the best possible way. So many comfortable extras were in the unit including extra blankets, plenty of towels, a hairdryer and curling iron, reusable K-cup for the coffee maker (which also made a carafe), even a junk drawer with scissors and a screwdriver! The entire building is a little older than some, but the cleaning/maintenance was beyond excellent. The unit itself is in the perfect location, close walk to the pools but out of the main corridor so you don’t hear doors slamming all night. This was the quietest beach property I’ve ever rented even with a hundred or so families on site. Security was amazing, and the pools were so spacious that all guests had room to spread out. I wasn’t crazy about the pool restaurant, and there was road construction that makes it impossible to walk on the main road to any shops. However, we found we could walk 8/10 of a mile down the beach to reach the Boardwalk with several restaurants and shops. Overall an amazing stay!

Wonderful Stay
This property is absolutely amazing. It was super clean, had a ton of room and most importantly you deal directly with the owner. Check in was super smooth and we had a little issue with the TV not working an within the hour the owner had someone out and it was fixed. The owner is fantastic and I would 100% recommend if your looking for a place to stay that you consider this property. GREAT facility and location!

Great Beach Condo
This condo is just as described! Very clean, beds super comfortable, within walking distance to multiple restaurants including Stewby’s and their fresh fish market. The gas grills poolside were perfect for lunch by the pool. Michael definitely is a premier host. Prompt communications and it is readily apparent he wants his guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay. Definitely would recommend his condo at Waterscape!

Great place !
We are from Indiana and came down for our kids fall break ! There was 4 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The condo was clean and very well furnished. The owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of ! He gave great recommendations on things to do and great places to eat at ! We definitely would stay here again !

We absolutely love Waterscape and A135 was absolutely perfect! An amazing location close to parking garage and easy access to pool and beach! The best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a condo! Having the beach wagon and chairs was also so appreciated along with a pack n play for our little one! There was plenty of room for all 7 of us here! Michael was an amazing host and super responsive to any questions we had! We can’t wait to come back!

Very Good Stay!
From every aspect Michael was a very good host. He was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Any issues that could have come up were handled appropriately and did not impact our stay whatsoever. I would gladly rent from Michael and his family again next year. Having two master bedrooms was amazing for our stay and definitely helped to solidify why this room was worth every penny.
