Lovely and warm on arrival, there was plenty of info from the hosts about Bath. 1 minor issue. Toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose when we arrived. Other than that, can't fault it. Thanks! "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

"Beautifully renovated cottage that offered easy access to fulfill needs of our visit without having to rent a car with its attendant frightening UK driving. We loved the hand hewn exposed wooden beams. The only downside for us was street side loud vocalizations by apparently drunken pedestrians that occasionally kept us awake at night."

"Such a beautifully appointed cottage in the grounds of an amazing country manor.So close to Bradford on Avon, literally 3 minutes to the local pub by car, we timed it! About 20 minutes to Bath, traffic pending. Cottage is spacious and homely too. Decorated with taste; high end furniture, bedding, crockery etc. Lots of doggy goodies available too which was nice.Whilst our stay was excellent and we would love to return and recommend, we did have a few issues with the tv on the first day. "We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas."
