We did not stay in the house because it was not cleaned. There was dish water in the sink, bedding on the floor, sheets in the washer, spider webs, dirty door handles, sticky floors.
We asked for a refund but it took is about 2.5 HOURS on the phone, most of which was ON HOLD with VRBO Customer Service. I think the representative put us on hold and had a cup of coffee and talked to others to delay service.
We checked in at 3:04 PM on check-in date and this was not fully resolved until about 7:00 PM. First they asked if we would finish cleaning the house. Then they told us at about 5:30 PM to return to the house because the housekeeper was returned or returning to clean it. I asked to clarify. Was the house clean or was it going to be cleaned. I was put on HOLD again for about 30 minutes. Then told the property manager was available to talk to us but put on hold for another 20 minutes.
Extremely POOR service from VRBO and the owners.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOUSE!!!!
