"Very clean. Nice to have a garage to park your car in. No fobs or garage door opener upon arrival. Messaged manager of site and got back to us right away. There were dogs occasionally barking in apartment building, but that did not last long. Overall a very good experience and worked well for my husband and I, and my in-laws. "

"We needed a house for our base while back to Iowa for the holiday. We wanted space to host Grandparent Overnight with three youngsters. This place checked all the boxes and even the grands were impressed. Highly recommended when you need space but also are comfortable with just a couple."

"We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time."
