"What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen. "This was our 1st time in Maryland. We wanted a place on the water and that was able sleeps 8 adults and 5 children ages 5-16 comfortably. This home was perfect! The home was situated on the lake with a dock. It had 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with king size beds) and a sleeper in the living room area. Plenty of beach towels, fishing rods, access to canoe and kayak. Easy communication with owner and hassle free check-in. We would return and recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing...

"At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required.
