A TRUE GEM on Silver Lake, NY
We returned, that should say something! Our little granddaughters (age 5 and 6) love this place, too. The spaciousness, cleanliness, and serene lake neighborhood is perfect for us. Coffee on the enclosed lanai overlooking the lake, with a large grassy hill in front, was perfect. It snowed which was perfect for coasting down the hill, too! DEFiNETLY will return here again and again.

Perfect House
We needed a home base to do some hiking at Letchworth State Park and this house was absolutely perfect. The lake views were inspiring, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the layout was great.

Great house
Attending a family wedding out of town and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This house was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed here. So appreciated the amenities included!! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a wonderful, relaxing weekend. It was too bad. Weather change became very cold, but the property is beautiful and it’s nice waking up to the lake and having coffee on the deck.

Should have stayed longer to see sunsets.
A minor problem getting into the house, my fault, was cleared up quickly as the hosts were good at communication. The house was very nice. We were there for one sunset that was nice and the lake was very pleasant to have in front of the house. Had to leave before we saw a second one. Some of the things we had to do before were left were slightly different from other properties that I have stayed at but they were well described and not a problem, just a bit different. The set-up of the kitchen/dining area/living room were nice and spacious. My friends and I would stay there again if we were to be in the area.

Lifetime Girlfriends Annual Get Together
We had a great week at this house on Silver Lake. Very well appointed an comfortable. We gathered around the firepit in the evening for nice sunsets and s'mores. Nice deck. The spacious sunporch made morning coffee comfortable even when it was 45 degrees outside!

Nice stay
Over all we enjoyed the cottage very much. Very comfortable and close to a lot of things to do. The only complaint I guess I would say is that no fire wood was provided when it was stated that it would be. Also swimming and fishing off the dock was not good due to it being very weedy. I would however rent it again because the cottage and grounds were very very nice.

Lovely getaway lake cottage
Cottage was exactly as described, the lake/yard was lovely and the hosts were communicative and friendly. The s'mores kit and firewood were much appreciated, and it was a great base to explore the Letchworth area/day trips to Niagara Falls and the lake. Our fam of four had a great time!

100% Outstanding
We were up for our daughter's graduation at Geneseo. Perfect location and a beautiful home. Everything was spotless and the owners were awesome. We got tons of compliments from the family pictures we took in the house and outside by the lake. Would for sure stay there again.

Excellent property and location
This was a very clean house that had everything we needed. The kitchen had enough for cooking and serving meals and the grill was great. The 4 season porch was our favorite room. The location allowed for walks in the evenings, and it was an easy drive to Lechenworth State Park as well as Geneseo Air Museum. When there was an issue, the owner replied and handled it immediately. We plan on staying again.

Perfect family getaway
This house was absolutely beautiful. The view was gorgeous and the house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and much more!! I would recommend this house to anyone. We will be back.

Winter Wonderland
The home was gorgeous and cozy. Kitchen was stocked with everything (matching too) including complimentary k-cups (had keurig and regular pot) and spices. Livingroom Couch was sink into luxury with cheery fireplace. View of frozen lake was uninterrupted with majestic sunsets over. Towels were fluffy, linens soft. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. Only drawback was no tub, but lovely walk-in shower. I can only imagine how much summer folks would enjoy this home - if they can find an open week. There were definitely attention to safety for kids without compromising sophistication for adults. If you can't find your summer soot - come in winter - won't regret.

Girlfriend Weekend with husbands
My girlfriends and our husbands enjoyed this gem of a house. The house was clean and fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hosts were accommodating and responded to questions in a timely manner. The property had many amenities that we took advantage of. Highly recommend this property to others with young/youthful families and mature friend get-togethers to enjoy and relax. We would stay here again.
