This hotel offers a free airport shuttle. When I called them from the airport after a 17 hour flight they advised the shuttle was broken. They did not offer an alternative and told me I would have to get a taxi. They also did not have a room for me at 1130 even though I booked a $30 11am early check in.
My husband had to call them and was able to get them to waive the $30 dollar early check in fee and they organised a different room that was available.
It wasn't really clean which is understandable if things were rushed but I was not impressed with the general lack of organisation.
The rooms are not well insulated for noise if you happen to have noisy neighbours.
I won't be going back. Others may find all this acceptable, I didn't because I felt the staff didn't really convey any responsibility for the issues rather they tried to diplomatically absolve any responsibilty they had. They also did not succeed to show any care about my customer experience.
