Handy having a washer and drying rack for clothes. Beautiful grounds, views of the lush Umbrian countryside, and friendly and accommodating co-hosts (no English) who live in the family villa. "Wow! This house truly captured our imagination! After spending time in Rome and Assisi, my husband found this gem for our family to have a few days to reflect on everything we had seen before heading home. After renting two cars at the Perugia airport, we drove to the house and picked up groceries at a supermarket along the way. Rolando was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Alyona was there to greet us and always available throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and full of charm!
