"Overall we were satisfied with the property, but it was smaller than we thought and the layout was a little cumbersome. The larger bathroom is in the master bedroom. The smaller bathroom is tiny, with a 32 inch standup only shower. It does not comfortably accommodate twelve unless you have six children sleeping on inflatable mattresses and sleeper sofa in common living space. This is part of the Bay Inn complex. There is no on-site reception, all contact is by phone, text or email but...

"We were two senior couples who came to Petoskey for a fall escape. We wandered around Petoskey one day and enjoyed the stores and outdoor dining. "This is a beautiful home with an incredible view of Crooked Lake. Local activities for us in Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Boyne included yoga, golf, spa day and farmers market. Lake activities included kayaking and paddle boarding. The kitchen was fantastic for creating some delicious meals and the decks allowed for some peaceful discussions while lake gazing. "This condo is centrally located to Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs, MI. Great dining, shopping and golf. It was always pleasant to return from an adventure to a warm, welcoming condo. Fully stocked with breakfast foods, cereals, granola, power bars. All kitchen utensils were there for our use, pots and pans. Very clean throughout. Just a pleasure to stay there for a week."
